Your business plan is road map to success, without it you're on blind side. Its akin to driving your car down a dark road with lights out. While researching your market niche you will most likely gather more information than you'll ever use. Your original business concept will go through several changes before it becomes a reality. Example; an idea to operate a single online storefront became what is now know as capcitymall.com, (but thats another story within itself.) After researching your market niche and forecasting financial needs, next step is to prepare a detail business plan (how you plan to reach your goals). Also include strategic operating alternatives, i.e. your Backup Plans.
