Developing Big Ideas for BusinessWritten by Ryan M. Hoback
Bigger, bigger, let’s make it even bigger……………..I am talking about ideas, let’s take them, mold them, shape them, and grow them into big successes!I want to talk to you about big ideas today, big ideas are what make world stand on its feet and say “wow!” What do you remember seeing in your neighborhood, or on television, or on internet that made you say, “that was great, what a great idea!” Everyone is looking for next big thing, next “flu-gen-nocker” that helps you change way world uses a certain product or service. This article is for dreamers, it is for those who strive to accomplish that which others say cannot be accomplished, those who truly have “Big Ideas!” I have found that in order to capitalize on creative vitality that flows through my body I must open myself up to subject that I am trying to conceptualize or ponder about. I try to embrace it, and think about it from every angle imaginable. I knew I wanted to be in business from a very early age in my life, I think it was when my father had a conversation with me about supply and demand in drive-thru line at McDonald’s. However, I did not realize that I was born to be an entrepreneur until I was in college. I asked myself, how can I make most money in life, and I came to conclusion that I had to invent something, but what should I invent? Everyday I would ask myself same question “what does world need, what could everyone use?” I would think about shoes, food, air, cars, etc… This was when I began to embrace concept of thinking big. The point of this story is to talk about phrase I repeated “what does world need?” I surrounded myself with a mentality that I had to answer that question in order to accomplish my big idea. You must constantly ponder on you ideas, you must tweak them, make corrections to them, and solve problems when they arise. Achieving success that resonates in mind of people in an impacting way, is never easy, however those who understand their visions and understand that hard work must be implemented can truly accomplish anything. Vision is very important when trying to achieve or conquer a large task or goal. All ideas are created in mind and therefore they can become skewed in their translation in to physical world. You need to keep a mental log of your visions on ideas; you must take a step back and make sure that what you see in your mind is being properly portrayed throughout construction of it physically.
| | Meeting Medicaid Billing Needs with Sensitive Medical Billing SoftwareWritten by Joe Miller
Medicaid BillingMedicaid billing (similar to medicare billing)requires medical billing software that is versatile and sensitive enough to work with Medicaid. Medicaid is state subsidization of medical expenses paid on behalf of qualified low-income individuals or families. Though requirements differ in each state, payment is made directly to medical practice or service provider. In establishing medical billing solutions within a medical office, software is generally purchased to manage, track, and control billing information. Medicaid billing is handled differently than most medical billing. Since most medical billing is paid directly by client or by client’s insurance company, most medical billing software is set up for traditional billing to client or client’s insurance company. But Medicaid billing is paid through state government operations and requires software that is sensitive to Medicaid billing. Medicaid Billing Need In 1985, over 30 million Americans were enrolled in Medicaid. In 2003, less than 20 years later, American population enrolled in Medicaid climbed to over 40 million. Clearly, with technological advances since 1985, medical billing software should be sensitive to growing need for Medicaid billing allowances. In understanding nature of need for Medicaid billing allowances in medical billing software, it is helpful to understand Medicaid enrollment trends. Though low-income families may apply for enrollment in Medicaid, these young to middle-aged families do not make up much, if any, of Medicaid population.
