Depression and Anxiety are two forms of emotional disorders. Depression is a psychological problem which is caused by chemical imbalance in human brain. Anxiety, on other hand, is a type of an emotional disturbance caused due to imbalances in body. In both conditions, person becomes lethargic and his or her appetite decreases. Depression and Anxiety disorders have a variety of symptoms. The common symptoms of Anxiety are tension about daily problems, emotional tremors, feeling of dying, dizziness, light headedness, nausea, difficulty in breathing and constant fear of loosing control. Depression and Anxiety disorders affect life of a person in many ways. The person might get irritated or ill tempered due to Depression and Anxiety. The erratic behavior of patient can take them away from social life or friends. This further increases problem. Many of adults experience sleep disorders due to Depression and Anxiety.
