Customer Relationships How To Build Them.Written by Judi Singleton
The Gurus all tell us this is way to sell on web or this is way. New ways and techniques are daily mailed to my inbox telling me if I just do “this” then I will be a success selling on web. However, psychology of selling everything goes through A simple process that is not a secret. The formula has been taught us ever since we have first been on web. You know this secret if you are a newbie or a seasoned veteran selling on web. First you must get customers attention. How do you do this? First of all customers on web are searchers by that I mean they get on their computers, go to a search engine and search for specific things they want to know about or buy. So it makes sense that your site title, where you are ranked on search engine and your description of your site are first ways to get their attention. Ok, say you have done a good job of that so you get them to your website. You are still trying to capture their attention. So snappy headlines and good content will get their attention. They are not ready to buy yet. You shouldn't even be trying to sell them at this point. What you present on website will either encourage them to come back or they will just click away and never return. So not only good content about subject that they are looking for is essential. How about a five day course. This accomplishes two things it gets them to give you their email and you are giving them good content. Make this course personal and dynamic and you have gained trust. Perhaps you first get them to join your ezine. Where again you get their email, give them really good content and have a chance to interact with them. Again you are building trust and forming a relationship with a real person. This is not instant. Relationships take time.
| | Red flags when purchasing Designers Handbags from online auctionsWritten by Costas Pitas
Please Note: It is not our job to stop you or anyone that buys or sells fake LV. We just try to educate consumer. First of all remember that a handbag reflects your personality! That’s why you need an authentic handbag that you will have forever and be proud of. First thing you have to see when you are about to bid on a designer’s handbag is: Does auction states and guarantees that handbag is authentic or full money bag? If not, you should ask. Make sure you can get a full money back guarantee if handbag is found to be fake. Authentic handbag sellers don’t mind guaranteeing full money back if handbag is found to be fake. They know their merchandise and they would not jeopardize their reputation to make $50 extra on a fake. Be extremely cautious if seller has no feedback. The lower seller’s feedback greater risk you are taking in purchasing from him/her. On other hand, higher sellers’ positive rating, more likely you will at least get your money back if item is found to be fake. Does seller offer multiples of same and/or new items at a very low price? Does offer sounds too good to be true? It might be. Some times merchandise is counterfeit, but pictures might reflect authentic merchandise. Check out how much are other sellers are selling specific model. Is seller you are buying selling way too low? Be cautious. Does seller have hidden feedback? Some sellers hide their feedback after a negative feedback left from a bad transaction. Why seller hides his/her feedback should make you think twice. The seller should have his/her feedback available for buyers to see. This is what differentiates sellers that work hard to keep satisfied clients, and people that try to make quick money selling fakes. Are photographs in auction taken from another website that is selling authentic merchandise? Look for inconsistent pictures in listing. If picture is taken from someone else, you never know if you are receiving authentic or fake merchandise. Further more; even seller sometimes might not know that is selling a fake. Be very cautious if seller is very new and holds a private auction. The seller should have a decent feedback before choosing option of private auction. If you have even smallest doubts ask for more photos. If you get excuses from seller and he/she is reluctant in providing more photos, think twice. Also, if seller provides you with more photos, again look for consistency. Is there a date on photos? If so, were photos taken same day?
