Creatine Supplementation for Increased Performance and Building MuscleWritten by Hamoon Arbabi
Creatine is an amino acid that is in meat and fish. It is produced by body in liver and kidneys and converted in muscles to creatine phosphate to resupply them with their source of energy. Intense exercise depletes muscles of creatine. By taking creatine as a supplement you can increase supply to muscles. Daily food consumption meets bodyís creatine requirements for normal function, but for athletes who are participating in short-term burst of energy for workouts or sports high levels of creatine are needed. Research on creatine over past two decades have found that supplementation is best for those who workout three or more times a week.. Studies show that supplementing with creatine will: - make muscles bigger and stronger ( a two to three pound of lean body mass is gained on average) - increase performance in short-term activities such as weight lifting five to ten percent.
Liquid or Pills?Written by Hamoon Arbabi
A lot of people take vitamins A, C, B and much more or just take a multivitamin, before you only had to choose from brand but now not just that you have to choose from liquid or pills. From many choices which its better and more effective to use. People say that pills are better and donít trust liquid vitamins but others say that liquid vitamins is better because stomach donít have to brake pills down. To me I think it is a matter of opinion. In my opinion you should use what you feel better with. Pill or liquid just make sure is a product you like or trust and does not hurt to do a little research on product yo plan to use. Know what you whant to use or plan to use make sure it's a good product.
