Communication problem and what the problem with Blog and Rss is.Written by Ashish Thakkar
Why in world should it be hard to reach a customer or a potential client ?It should NOT be ! But with today's fast paced internet technology and introduction of new applications it is getting tougher to reach potential customer or regular clients. I)EMAIL : Email has been a popular means of reaching your users, clients, co workers or just about anybody in world. The problem over here are Spammers ! Most of emails received today by a person consists of 50% spam emails which means you get more spam messages in your inbox compared to genuine email which is actually meant for you.The answer to this were scripts like spam fighter and spam boxer apps. This has further created problems for email users as now a good percentage of email that was supposed to reach did not reach them. II)Ip 2 Ip messenger : This interesting revolution had no barries. The user could just type in his message and range of ips and his message would directly reach ip addresses in form of a messagebox window. The problem over here are Ip messenger spammers using applications like Ip broadcasting softwares. To stop this a new software was introduced called Ip-spam blocker which actually blocks such ip advertisement messages. Also new operatings systems like Windows XP have introduced tweaks for such problems. III)Rss and blogs : Blogs are a great way to create and reach your target audience. For every blog there is an rss.You can give away rss link to user so that users can add it to their rss readers.Your main aim should be to get user's attention and make your blog and rss at top rather than getting mixed in unlimited info filled blog world and rss readers.
| | Messageboards, A Great Resource But Be Ready Before You PostWritten by Reba Collins
I’m sure most people who are reading this article have run across a messageboard or two on internet. There are several that I frequent and they are a very valuable resource for information on a chosen topic. If you’ve never contributed to a conversation on a messageboard, you may feel a little scared or inadequate at first, but please, if you have information that will contribute to quality of board, be sure to contribute as it’s those wonderful people who take time to respond that make messageboards such a great resource. However, if you are new to a messageboard, there are a few things you MUST do before your fingers start dancing on keyboard. Quite often I see new people join a board and then get flamed because they didn't follow proper protocol. I don't want to scare you, please don't take it like that, it's just that sometimes a new person will come along and jump right in without even reading posting guidelines or taking time to go through current threads. It's obvious they don't know what's going on and haven't taken time to do any reading. This is very annoying, not to mention, disrespectful, to regulars on board who take precious time out of their day to post valuable information. Typing an informed answer to someone's question takes a lot of time and if question was answered two threads down, do you really think anyone wants to answer it again? There are a few things you MUST do before you decide to post. Here's a short list to get you started. In addition, just pretend as if you were already part of community and treat others how you would want to be treated. If you just do these things, you will be welcomed with open arms. · Read posting guidelines. Most messageboards have a thread, usually stuck to top of board, that outlines policies and guidelines you need to know before you make a post.
