Whatever jpg or gif you intend to use must first be stored in this file: C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedStationery

It will prove helpful if you name file same as you intend to name stationery, making it easier to find them when making changes or deletions.

Open Outlook Click arrow beside Create Mail Select Stationery Create New Next Check Picture At arrow, scroll to make your picture selection. Determine what is needed for this pic - position/tile/background color. (If additional background color is not needed - leave as is/using default.) Next Select Font type/size/color Next If pic is a top border - adjust where words will begin at Top Margin If pic is a side border - adjust where words will begin at Left Margin If pic is a background only - leave blank Next Name stationery Finish
