You will need large raw peeled shrimp with tails, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce(a sauce made from fermented soy beans, 1 tablespoon of your favorite barbeque sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon on honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sherry, and 2 minced cloves of garlic.
Mix all of ingredients together including shrimp and refrigerate. You should leave shrimp in marinade for around 2 hours before grilling. When shrimp are ready for grilling, cook as usual on high heat marinating with bbq sauce while grilling.
