If glyconutrients are for real, why aren't they all over news? Why haven't we heard about this before? These are just a couple of skeptical questions encountered when sharing life changing gift of glyconutrients with others. How do we know science behind these products is real, and has scientific community really embraced field of glycobiology? A look at numbers and scientific communities involved in glycobiology reveal clues to what's really going on.The sheer numbers of web pages devoted to glycobiology research gives us an idea of activity in field. There are currently 206,000 glycobiology research listings on web, according to Google Search. Google Scholar lists 23,100 academic pages for glycobiology research as well. Another clue to validity of science of glycobiology is involvement of major universities in study of glycobiology. Academic institutions throughout United States now have laboratories focusing on glycobiology research, including University of California, University of Oklahoma, San Francisco State University, University of Wisconsin, The Burnham Institute, The Scripps Research Institute, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, more than 30 biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout North America, Canada, Europe and Japan are currently participating in glycobiology research. The focus of their research involves a wide range of possible uses including cancer treatments and anti-cancer vaccines, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory agents as well as treatments for asthma, influenza and other infections. The sweetener Sucralose is a product of glycobiology research as well.

From Lost Manuscripts Library http://www.sleepsecrets.info“HOW TO GO BACK TO SLEEP WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT “ Excerpt from "How to sleep without pills" When you wake up in middle of night, it may be for one of several reasons of which you are not aware: Perhaps you unconsciously became hungry during night. You may have too much covering on and not realize it. Being too warm may make you just uncomfortable enough to wake you and keep you awake, yet not uncomfortable enough for you to know why you awoke. Maybe you are not physically tired—maybe you -went to bed too early. Don't think it's necessary for you to have eight hours (or any other particular amount) of sleep every single night. SOLUTION If hunger is cause of your awakening, get up and take a light snack, such as crackers and warm milk. Food will bring blood from your head to your stomach. Get into bed, turn off light and do ABC Round Robin and Sleep Exercise. You will find that you will quickly go back to sleep.
