In this article I will present you another method that can assist you in building your link popularity (LP), which is to pay for important links.

Hiring Links from other pages – Pay to become important The last issue to discuss at this point, regarding creation of your LP, is method to get strong links from important websites of similar keywords to your theme by paying. It is same with paid advertisement. In paid advertisement you pay a monthly fee for a link to be inserted in one of pages of a website with a high position in listings of Search Engines for your keyword. This way you get well-targeted visitors. But, if link to your website resides in a page that has PR of 4 or higher, then you do not only receive visitors, but also this link contributes to your LINK POPULARITY (be careful, this happens only if your URL exists in text of advertisement). This way you get a good link, which is also not reciprocated and this is important. Do not pay more than $15 per year for such a link. Be sure that page you get link from has a PR of 4 or higher. You may also find websites who accept to put a link to a number of their pages or even to all of them for an annual fee. If this website has a theme similar to yours and webpages with good Pagerank, then this will really help your Pagerank and importance of your webpages.

In my previous article, “Achieving financial freedom with Network Marketing on The Internet – Part 9 - Create pages that will contain links”, I have guided you in creating pages in your website that will contain reciprocal links. In this article I will help you how to choose right web hosting company. In my previous article, “Achieving financial freedom with Network Marketing on The Internet – Part 10 – Choose a webhosting company”, I have indicated to you important issues to take in consideration when choosing a company to host your webpages. In this article I will show you what to do and what to avoid while submitting your website to Search Engines and Directories. Interesting articles on this issue can be found in my website. See in menu under section Articles for home-based businesses option Search Engines Ranking Submit your website to Search Engines and Directories Generally, major Search Engines send their spiders once a month to crawl web and gather URLs and content of as much web pages as they can. Then they process importance and relevance of each web page and build their databases. From these databases come listings of web pages, when someone makes a search. Even though every Search Engine provides a way to submit your web pages (only home page or a few more) for inclusion in their databases, it is better that your web pages are found from links in other websites. This way, they examine your website, or send their spider to “fetch” your pages. If these links come from important websites of great relevance with theme of your web pages, then they do include your website in their databases. But this takes time, usually 8 weeks, since Search Engines (the stuff behind them) do have a lot of new web pages requests for indexing to elaborate daily. So, I suggest that you wait, regarding major Search Engines (Google, MSN, AOL, Alltheweb, Altavista, Inktomi – Inktomi is not a Search Engine by itself. It is a database of webpages that gives its results to other search engines and directories, like Hotbot). On contrary I suggest that you search and find smaller Search Engines or local Search Engines and Directories, where you have to submit your web pages, since they crawl Internet rarely. This way you will get better and quicker results. Do not pay to be included in Directory of Yahoo (it costs $300 yearly). There are programs that can accelerate this procedure of submitting to smaller Search Engines and directories. They are free, shareware or cost not much money. Use them. They include lists of smaller Search Engines and directories you will need much-much time to find about.
