Mary’s words penetrate deep intorepparttar hallways ofrepparttar 126815 heart. They imbed inrepparttar 126816 fabric ofrepparttar 126817 soul. Despite such presence, we often fail miserably at living up torepparttar 126818 Blessed Mother’s simple mandate. Why does honoringrepparttar 126819 "whatever" part of Mary’s instruction demand so much? Maybe it’s because she knows her divine Son accepts nothing less than all we have to give. He setsrepparttar 126820 bar at perfection. He is not interested in lukewarm faith or partial commitment. He has no time for minimalism. His is an unrelenting challenge, one which never stops asking for more.

It’s not as if we haven’t been givenrepparttar 126821 proper tools forrepparttar 126822 job. Jesus took special care to remind us of faith’s foundation inrepparttar 126823 Ten Commandments. He presentedrepparttar 126824 Beatitudes so that we understood what it meant to die to self. He rounded out our understanding ofrepparttar 126825 Christian mission through parables, discourses and miracles. Then he died to show us that love has no limits. Perpetual lessons taught throughrepparttar 126826 power of a life perfectly lived.

Those lessons should give us pause. When I closed that last business deal, did I comply with his instruction to do unto others as I would want done to myself? When suffering came my way, did I take uprepparttar 126827 cross without whining? When praise was proffered, did I divertrepparttar 126828 spotlight torepparttar 126829 true giver ofrepparttar 126830 skill being praised? Inrepparttar 126831 midst of tragedy, did I attempt to discern God’s will amongrepparttar 126832 ruins? How close did I come each day to honoringrepparttar 126833 "whatever" part of Mary’s message?

In our childhood we learned to obey our mother, honor her place inrepparttar 126834 family, and respect her counsel. Mother guided, corrected, and cajoled as necessary to draw outrepparttar 126835 best in each of us. Often she only needed a single word or a telling glance and we understood exactly what instruction she wished to impart. Her messages, always, were infused with a love that was utterly impossible to comprehend. Well, our heavenly mother has spoken. She has given usrepparttar 126836 most crucial advice inrepparttar 126837 history ofrepparttar 126838 world. Acrossrepparttar 126839 ages, our Blessed Mother has reminded us to "do whatever He tells you." We would be wise to take her advice to heart.

Sharing is Healing

Jesus would look at a person who was physically ill, deformed, or even dead, andrepparttar reasonrepparttar 126814 condition didn't appear beyond repair to him was because he knew that what he was seeing was only physical. He knew that he and all others were spiritual beings in temporary physical form. He knew thatrepparttar 126815 spirit was not an effect ofrepparttar 126816 physical, but thatrepparttar 126817 physical was an effect of spirit. In an instant he would see this person for who they truly were...the perfect spirit being that God created. Jesus shared that thought with them, healing their perception of themselves instantly by sharing his vision of how perfect, lovely, peaceful and worthy they are. With this immense healing ofrepparttar 126818 minds perception, repparttar 126819 body changes instantly to agree. The mind, notrepparttar 126820 body, is real.

Jesus' message wasn't one of sacrifice and sorrow, but one of sharing and joy. His life and his resurrection arerepparttar 126821 key factors in what we can become. His trials and crucifixion were only meant to be an extreme example of showing that no matter what man may do, he can't affectrepparttar 126822 spirit, which means man really can't do anything.

There is not a moment and not a person on earth that God is not working with at all times. Every event or situation has a better and healing choice that can be applied. By just going along and accepting things as they are, we are purposely looking pastrepparttar 126823 choices that God would prefer we make. By choosing to see more clearly and by choosing to set aside our right to be angry, our right to not forgive, our right for vengeance, our right for greed, our right to mistrust....by setting aside these ego induced rights, we will seerepparttar 126824 other choices that are there and always have been.

Every step you take closer to God is performed by a part of your mind being healed. All healing is ofrepparttar 126825 mind, which isrepparttar 126826 essence ofrepparttar 126827 spirit that is you. Healing occurs by and through sharing and learning to share. As you begin to seerepparttar 126828 people around you as equals and brothers in Christ, you will learn to share your peace with them. You will learn to share your love with them. You will learn to share your health with them. You will learn to see and sharerepparttar 126829 true image of themselves with them. All these things bring about healing to both minds, which then changesrepparttar 126830 perception of what we perceive inrepparttar 126831 physical world.

What do you share? How do you share? For most of us who often feel lacking in peace or love, it's a good thing to know that whatever it is that you desire, share it with somebody else and you shall have it for yourself as well. That's how sharing works. So then, how do you share something you don't have? If life is terrible and you need peace, how do you share it to have it inrepparttar 126832 first place?

If you desire peace, stop for a moment, think of somebody else who needs peace and focus on them for a moment and have an unconditional desire that they be peaceful. Allow yourself a quiet moment and embracerepparttar 126833 tiny bit of peace you do find within yourself and share it unconditionally and whole heartedly. Really mean it. Really desire peace and happiness forrepparttar 126834 other. Drop all boundaries and all past issues and be as sincere and as forgiving as possible. Quietly to yourself, just say, "Peace" to them and treat it as an action term. You can think of it as a living and moving light that flows from you and surrounds them. Let your desire for them to be without boundaries and as fully loving as possible. In doing so, you too will have found more peace than what you started with. Since you can't give what you don't believe you have, repparttar 126835 act of sharing has helped you open yourself to more of what you do have. In your desire to share your peace with somebody else, you are also finding it for yourself. God has given us everything already. We just need to be open to see it, through sharing.

Whoever you share with is totally affected by your sharing and has been healed in some way. It's impossible for them not to be. You may or may not see immediate effects, but that has nothing to do withrepparttar 126836 truth in thatrepparttar 126837 healing has occurred. Remember, healing is ofrepparttar 126838 mind andrepparttar 126839 body is just a projection ofrepparttar 126840 mind, so your focus is forrepparttar 126841 mind or spirit behindrepparttar 126842 body to be healed. In doing so,repparttar 126843 body may be healed as well, but that's forrepparttar 126844 Holy Spirit to work with. Your job is to share what you have and then let go and let God dorepparttar 126845 healing. You don't have to understand...you don't have to have evidence...you only have to know that God will do and bring about whatever isrepparttar 126846 best thing for that person.

As an afterthought, can you also see thatrepparttar 126847 act of not sharing in this world isrepparttar 126848 seed for almost every problem that exists. We all haverepparttar 126849 power of God within us to change this... and it will change. There is no telling how long we will continue to keep trying to do things on our own, but every day, every hour, every minute, every second... we are all being healed and we are all one step closer to being back with God. So, you can put off your healing by continuing to embracerepparttar 126850 ways ofrepparttar 126851 world, but you can't prevent it because God's love for us is drawing us all ever so closer to him and it's inevitable thatrepparttar 126852 day will come when we will all be reunited with him and with each other.

I look forward to seeing you there.
