The computer has simplified our business communications and has provided us opportunity to reduce our costs of doing business.

Think about all of other processes that computer has enabled us to do for far less expense than what we could in past.

In this case, computer is a tool that permits us to save time and money.

So, my challenge to you is to begin examining processes in your own home business and look for ways in which you can save yourself time and money. It is far better for you to contemplate on this matter than it is for me to do so for you. Simply put, you know your business better than anyone on planet does. Therefore, you are in a better position than anyone to find those extra dollars that will decrease your costs and increase your profits.

The extra pennies and dollars you could extract from your business could spell difference between success and failure for your home business enterprise.

In starting a business, you should ask yourself following questions:

Are you type that can work independently without having instructions? Can you do many task? Can you keep a schedule, working at home?

Where at work you have a variety of people doing many task; you will have to do everything when you start in beginning; sales, marketing, clerical, bookkeeping, phones, mail, etc. You must be disciplined or you will not accomplish anything. Knowledge of computer is essential for word processing, mailing list, e.g. form letters, databases and spreadsheets. You will have to learn these functions in order to operate better. You should also keep manual records in case something happens with your computer, you still can operate until computer is fixed. Backups are also essential.

Having a support system also helps and you find these in message boards in online services business section or business organizations and most of all, you must have persistence and determination. Best of luck!
