Deut 8:18 And you shall rememberrepparttar Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Are you really CALLED OF GOD to make money forrepparttar 126623 Kingdom? According torepparttar 126624 scripture in Deut 8:18 God has given yourepparttar 126625 power to get wealth. And it does take money and a lot of it to preachrepparttar 126626 Gospel to all nations. However, as in every calling there are dangers involved in fulfillingrepparttar 126627 calling. The Lord never intended for us to userepparttar 126628 promises of God in such a way thatrepparttar 126629 message of His redeeming love is diminished.

The "Kings inrepparttar 126630 House" must operate in every way in their business, jobs, home and social life as ambassadors of "The Prince of Peace". To not do so, would be a terrible mis-understanding of God's meaning of success.

Some that don't seerepparttar 126631 significance will not understand your comittment to making money. They will see it as something filthy or sinful. In your own church or local congregation, there will always be some that will not understand and want you to be more spiritual.

Rightly understood, we must bringrepparttar 126632 message of Christ in a very real and practical way into our professions. Livingrepparttar 126633 life of Christ will always raiserepparttar 126634 standard of living in your world. Christians should always strive to makerepparttar 126635 place they are in just a little better.

Success and money alone will never satisfy. They are only tools that you and I can use to improve life around us and make our message of Christ acceptable to others.

You can not separate your calling from God's House. You are Kings inrepparttar 126636 House. Your calling is to FULL-TIME MINISTRY. Your business, profession, your job is your pulpit.

What 'That 70's Show' Taught Me About Christianity

Jesus died for you. You can be saved by asking Him for forgiveness from your sins. If you are willing to repent of your sin, He is waiting to forgive you. It doesn't matter what you have done inrepparttar past, if you cry out to Jesus for forgiveness, He won't reject you. The word "repent" literally means "to turn away from." You need to look at your life, admit that you are a sinner, genuinely desire to turn your back on that sin, and ask Him to forgive you. If you do this, He promises to forgive you.

True Christianity is not about attending a particular church, or trying to make your behavior fit some model of how a Christian should act. Being a Christian means that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that He is your Savior.

Jesus is always present. He can hear you now if you ask Him for forgiveness. If you want to pray and ask Jesus to be your Savior, you can say a prayer something like this:

"Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. The truth is that I have sinned by my choice, and I am responsible for it. I know thatrepparttar 126622 fair punishment for my sin is death. Jesus, I believe that You died in my place. Forgive me for my sin. I am relying totally on You because I know that I can do nothing to fix my situation. I repent. Come into my life, take away my sin, and give merepparttar 126623 life that you've promised me."

If you have prayed this, YOU ARE SAVED! You are now completely forgiven, a new creation, holy and blameless inrepparttar 126624 eyes of God. If you messed up here and there, don't worry, repparttar 126625 words are not what's important--they are just simply our faith being expressed through prayer.

Congratulations and welcome torepparttar 126626 family of God!
