Theirs is a love that accepts unconditionally and transforms each one to be more powerful and alive than before. Theirs is a love that encourages growth in each other, through which both evolve. Theirs is a love that will be remembered inrepparttar middle of strife, inrepparttar 131367 middle of sorrow and inrepparttar 131368 middle of joy. These two will go deeply emotionally. No words, thoughts or feelings will be left unexpressed. Theirs is a love that will endure.

I have seen relationships like this before. My husband and I have this type of relationship, and I know others who do as well. A relationship like this is rare, but it shouldn't be. Love, acceptance and passion like this can belong to everyone.

What does it take to create such love in your life? It takesrepparttar 131369 willingness to grow and evolve. It takesrepparttar 131370 willingness to know yourself. It takesrepparttar 131371 willingness to ask for what you want and to leave nothing unsaid.

I want and wish this for you. It is your right to experience a connection this deep and this fulfilling. Do everything in your power to make sure your life has a love like this.

Overcoming Anxiety

"Soul-utions"

For this reason, we would do well to employ a daily program of: 1. Exercises 2. Breathing techniques 3. Deep relaxation with positive projection, 4. Meditation 5. A healthy diet 6. Creative self-expression.

These activities will help reorganize our energy patterns, freeing us fromrepparttar hold of negative thoughts.

Positive antidotes to anxiety and worry could be:

1. Faith in divine wisdom and justice; that all will occur as is necessary and beneficial for our growth process. This belief allows us to surrender torepparttar 131365 wisdom ofrepparttar 131366 universe and feel secure even when externally we are being challenged by difficult situations.

This does not mean that we do not seek to createrepparttar 131367 reality we prefer, but simply that we feel sure thatrepparttar 131368 results of our efforts will berepparttar 131369 best for our growth regardless of whether they are what we prefer.

2. Confidence in our ability to deal with whatever life brings us. Why should we doubt that we can deal with whatever comes? We have encountered so many tests in life, and here we are ? alive and reading this. We have survived. We, as spirit, are greater than any possible human experience.

3. Realizing that we are worthy of love and acceptance as we are.

Much of our anxiety has to do with our doubts about our self-worth which we tend to measure by what others think and byrepparttar 131370 results of our efforts. Accepting ourselves as we are removes much anxiety.

4. Living in and enjoyingrepparttar 131371 present moment.

Our fears, regrets, anxiety and worry seldom have to do withrepparttar 131372 present, but rather withrepparttar 131373 past and future. But neither actually exist. The past exists only torepparttar 131374 degree that we carry it in our minds. The future is equally an illusion.

Focusing on what we are doing inrepparttar 131375 present moment releases us from anxiety and worry.
