The way to do it is simple. You still want to eat healthy and you want to eat 5 to 6 times a day. You should always eat a good breakfast. This morning I had some plain old oatmeal with low fat milk. On top of it I sprinkled cinnamon. It is simple and filling. A couple of hours later I followed it up with a banana and a protein drink. I highly suggest to those wanting to eat more and lose more, that you puchase protein shake mix. It is quick, filling, and is a good replacement for a meal. After all, fixing 3 or 4 extra meals a day is a pain inrepparttar butt.

What you do not want to do is eat 1 or 2 large meals a day. Do not gorge yourself. Your body will interpret this as hording food. You wouldn't horde food during good times. Adding excersize to your weight loss program will enhance your weight loss efforts.
