Why Are You Struggling?

If you are struggling in your life, then I guaranteerepparttar struggle you are experiencing is laced with emotion. Nothing is wrong with emotions, and they are wonderful gifts that come along with this human body. However, repparttar 128615 emotions of guilt, shame, blame, remorse, regret, jealousy, fear and hatred are emotions that will ruin your life and keep you in a state of struggle. Why not gift yourself with love, compassion and even joy.

The choices we make andrepparttar 128616 events those decisions create, either produce struggle or harmony. How can you let go ofrepparttar 128617 struggle? Easy. You first have to choose to do so. I mean make an honest to goodness conscious choice that you no longer desire to struggle. The real power lies in our choices. When you can consciously choose each moment, then you can start creatingrepparttar 128618 peace, love and harmony you desire.

If you start looking at which emotions you are attached to, you will begin to see how those emotions are running your life. Do you blame others for what happens in your life, or are you ready to takerepparttar 128619 responsibility that everything is in your life because you have allowed it to be there? Taking responsibility isrepparttar 128620 most powerful step you can take to bring your life back into harmony and out of struggle. That means you can no longer playrepparttar 128621 victim orrepparttar 128622 abuser.

Fear is probablyrepparttar 128623 biggest cause of struggle. We are so caught up in fear, that we don’t know whether we are afraid to die or afraid to live. We have fear of survival, fear of success, fear of failure and fear for just about everything you can imagine. What is atrepparttar 128624 root of your fear? Is it real or just an illusion? Most of our fears are not real.

Replace struggle with effort. It takes effort for our human journey. It takes effort to get up inrepparttar 128625 morning and choose to be happy. It takes effort to drive across town to deposit your check, and it takes effort to berepparttar 128626 best husband, wife, mother, father or friend. The difference between struggle and effort isrepparttar 128627 emotion behind it. Effort is a choice. Effort is just effort and is not laced with emotions. It isrepparttar 128628 drive to do our best, to achieve, or to be happy and abundant. The effort is worth it inrepparttar 128629 end.

Everyday upon awakening, I make a conscious choice to be happy, healthy and abundant. Remember, you cannot expect results if you do not commit each day. If you plant seeds inrepparttar 128630 ground and you have one day of warm weather and then 15 days of cold weather, repparttar 128631 seeds will not germinate. Your life worksrepparttar 128632 same way.

Life is not meant to be a struggle. We are here to make knownrepparttar 128633 unknown, to experience life fully, and live in peace, harmony and joy. Anything less than that should not be acceptable. It is always about choice. If you choose each moment well, you will find real freedom and a life free of struggle. If I make it sound easy, then that was my intent, for life is easy, if you allow it to be. Life always creates more life without struggle. Existence continues. No struggle. It just is.

It's The Journey, Not The Destination

  • I developed a better understanding of what I need to do to promote a website inrepparttar various search engines.
  • I learned how to locate and join various affiliate programs that complementsrepparttar 128612 theme of my site.
  • I learned that because my traffic was not targeted enough (I received too many non-pet owners or non-dog owners), sales conversions were minimal.
  • And most importantly of all, I took a step forward inrepparttar 128613 right direction rather than just sat back and dreamt about my goal, which is more than most people do.
  • My initial failure is in some ways a success, because I gained invaluable knowledge that will better help me tweak my website and promotions, or build more solid foundations for future sites and projects. Failure does not have to berepparttar 128614 end ofrepparttar 128615 road – it can instead be an essential lesson that guides your hand through continued attempts at goal achievement.

The above example uses a business-oriented website, but surely you can see how this would apply for any task or goal. If after a week of dieting you lost no weight, you know you've done something wrong and should tweak your formula. If after a month of studying a foreign language you still don't have any ofrepparttar 128616 basics down, you know you're too distracted or undedicated at your current pace and thus need to uprepparttar 128617 ante a bit. No matter what your goal may be, failure is neverrepparttar 128618 end ofrepparttar 128619 road – it's a lesson that will lead to future success.
