Develop templates for as many things as you can. Templates mean you take
knowledge you have and create a template from it that can be used repeatedly without having to waste brain-power reinventing
wheel each time. Do this for various types of documents: business letters, memos, reports, articles, executive summaries, analyses, sales letters, advertisements, recruitment ads, selection documents, productivity assessment, team reporting, ideas brainstorming, worst-case scenario assessment, your domestic shopping list with tick-boxes, request forms, submissions, report updates, team updates, et cetera. Free up your brain for more valuable activity.
The need for positive energy is not simply a matter of not having negative energy, it means having active, positive energy. Positive belief and forward momentum should be
hallmark of your approach to life and your goals. Ensure you are eager, clear and unstoppable in
identification and pursuit of your goals.
If you are having trouble with that, review and upgrade your health and approach in each of these main areas:
food - eating sugar, carbohydrates, stimulants and downers, and, for some, dairy food can slow, fatten and even depress you;
lifestyle - does it promote a primary focus on helping you achieve your goals, or are you still stuck in a self-destructive lifestyle, staying up late, sleeping in and missing out on that powerful new life energy of
morning, consuming alcohol or drugs, overeating, feeling tired as you begin your day, repeating and compounding this routine;
exercise - you will probably live for many decades and in
21st century there will be little excuse for incompetence for those over 50 years of age as there was in
20th century - remember
fitness motto: fit for life;
continuous learning - bringing your mind into
Information Age and then keeping it apace with a world that will change in ways you don't even imagine at this point is one of your basis tasks for
rest of your life; finally, surround yourself with
positive people and things - to be brief and succinct: surround yourself with people, books, movies, television programs, newspapers, magazines, web sites, web feeds, ezines, chat rooms, sports groups, community groups, family groups, colleagues, associates and neighbors who are overtly positive in outlook, speech and action, and simultaneously weed out from your life
opposite in every category. Each of these will enhance your brain-power enormously.
Move beyond your limits, let your subconscious mind tell you things, and identify and grab opportunities on a regular basis. Creating
flexibility to have what it takes to build and fill
space your dream will occupy needs to become a habit. It needs to be part of your regular approach to life. This will bring you up against
limits and fears that have to date been part of your life, and held you back. You need to step up to, through and beyond these on a routine basis to ensure you grow fit enough, creative enough, big and strong enough for where you want your goals to take you.
Find yourself a mentor, even if you only communicate every few weeks. There are many new options for value-added mentoring now. Ensure you have this basic support tool working for you whether you are an employee, a freelancer, or a business or ebusiness owner.
