What if procrastination doesn't mean you are lazy or a perfectionist? What if there's a divine reason for your anxiety or depression? What if your relationship problems are really about lost dreams? What if your high level of stress and inability to sleep well are red flags with important messages written all over them?

You may find this hard to believe, but your natural state is to live life full of energy, enthusiasm and with great joy! What's terrifying is that a lack of these qualities has been accepted as normal. You've been brainwashed into this belief, so much so, that when you come across individuals living with abundnant joy you may quickly judge them as odd or naive.

Life's hiccups (anxiety, depression, procrastination, stress etc.) are a beacon of light. Followrepparttar beacon and come home to yourself. A coach providesrepparttar 130640 guidance, through powerful questions, deep listening, formation of action plans and heartfelt accountability.

Coaching is positive, focusing on identifying your strengths, and is oriented towardsrepparttar 130641 future. You glance backwards only for understanding to fuel forward movement into your desired future.

Life coaching occurs in person, by phone, through email or some combination of these three. You will have weekly contact with your coach. Life coaching normally lasts for one year or longer and begins with a three month commitment.

Are you ready to come home to yourself?

For 23 years now, repparttar Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Program (PEAR) at Princeton University has been quietly compiling evidence thatrepparttar 130638 human mind influences anything it focuses on. This has been proven again and again in well over 50 million documented experiments! And this influence is even more pronounced when bonded male/female teams work together, focusing on a common theme. Many of these experiment involved ordinary electronic machines. Ifrepparttar 130639 power of focusingrepparttar 130640 human mind can influence something as simple as a computer, imagine all repparttar 130641 other implications...

* Physical Health * Mental Health * Peace * Success * Happiness * Fewer car repairs (I'm serious!)

The possibilities are dizzying torepparttar 130642 mind, so to speak.

Okay, here's what I'm not saying... I will never ask you to simply become a positive thinker. Many have preached that to many who have failed miserably at trying to implement it. "Becoming" a positive thinker is a rich goal. The magic, however, is inrepparttar 130643 journey. And, if you have a guide and concrete steps to take alongrepparttar 130644 path, all you need isrepparttar 130645 commitment and you will arrive at your destination.

HERE'S AN OVERVIEW OF THE PATH:

1. VERY IMPORTANT: Be gentle with yourself alongrepparttar 130646 way

2. Begin measuringrepparttar 130647 content of your thought patterns

3. Don't criticize your patterns

4. Seek understanding first

5. Honorrepparttar 130648 negative patterns for doingrepparttar 130649 best they 'thought' they could do in your behalf

6. Re-contract with your patterns for your "desired" future

7. Practice your new thought patterns in a conscious daily manner

8. Watch out forrepparttar 130650 "gremlin" thoughts that attempt to cancel your new focus and take them throughrepparttar 130651 process outlined above

9. Playfully target focus areas for periods of time, so that you may personally complete your own experiments, which will convince you that YOUR THOUGHTS DO BECOME THINGS in a measurable way!

To quality thoughts and a rich life!
