If you want to use projector, print slides using inkjet or laser printer or have it printed through a service bureau. Slide services load file on film recorder and capture images on film. Prices depend on quality of output. Rehearse your presentation with devices you are going to use. If possible, rehearse in room or place where you will conduct presentation. Check everything before you start presentation, equipment, script and printed materials. During presentation, tell them exactly what you want to tell them. Introduce your topic. Your introduction should include set of goals for presentation or agenda, information and summary. Start from last, summary. Summary should emphasize important points. Keep your presentation simple. Focus on topic. Do not read or memorize; you are not reciting, you are presenting. Make your presentation educational and entertaining at same time. An attractive slide show helps. Read slide in such a way that your audience can follow. Always acknowledge them.
