Remember also that every person is unique, and all women will respond to an exercise and fitness plan differently. You may put two women on same program that have same amount of weight to lose, yet there results will ultimately be different depending on a number of personal and biological factors. The point here is that you should not compare yourself to others! Remember that as long as you are eating well and exercises, you are creating a lifestyle of healthy living that will ultimately benefit you individually as unique person that you are. And finally, remember to stay positive. Society puts far too much pressure on women to lose weight they gained during pregnancy. There is no rush, you will lose weight and feel great in process. In meantime be sure to be good to yourself, reward yourself for your successes no matter how small, and remember to smile from time to time!

Sure, it's great to be prettiest girl in room, but you never want to attract type of man who wants prettiest girl in room! You want a man who wants you for you, not for your white teeth, tapered nose, or tight hamstrings. You want a man who'll love you now and will love you three weeks after you give birth, despite stretch marks. It's better to be less attractive when you meet man of your dreams than after you marry him. But, instead, most women look great while they're casting their nets for a husband, and then let themselves go after they catch him (men are guilty of this, too). Do it other way around. After wedding, reward your guy for having good taste to marry you by keeping up your looks. By all means, encourage him to do same for you. In meantime, focus on your good qualities. Explore your hobbies and interests, all things that make you special. Go out into world with your shoulders held back. You are a wonder of world, and some man will be very lucky to have you. Trust him to know that when he sees you.
