Then there isrepparttar person who decides to go to acting school and learnrepparttar 123503 art of acting and makes his way by small steps to stardom. Maybe this guy will never make it. But, what arerepparttar 123504 probabilities ofrepparttar 123505 first guy?

The second guy is making plans in a calculated manner and does not look for his help coming by just happening to be inrepparttar 123506 right place atrepparttar 123507 right time.

An Uphill Battle!

You should understand that depending onrepparttar 123508 big break is as unreliable as it is infrequent. And, it can also do harm to your motivation. Living byrepparttar 123509 desperation of a big break can become enough of a habit that you fail to make calculated plans for success.

You will developrepparttar 123510 jack-rabbit start in everything you do and run out of gas long before you get torepparttar 123511 finish line.

It can cause you to completely overlook a viable opportunity when it comes your way. Ifrepparttar 123512 opportunity looks like a big break and it smells like a big break, then make calculated risks and turn it into a planned strategy.

When You End Up With Lemons, Make Lemonade!

It doesn't necessarily have to be avoided. It just needs to be approached with a different attitude than someone would approachrepparttar 123513 big break. I.e. The big break mentality.

If you considerrepparttar 123514 big break as an accidental occurrence, then life does not become a series of desperation attempts. Surprisingly, big breaks can be helped by natural occurrences that happen accidentally.

But,repparttar 123515 worse thing you can do is to always be looking for one magic pill that will create a big bang and bring instant success. Living forrepparttar 123516 big break will be a sure recipe for disaster.

Brink Of Disaster!

Big breaks will come around in a natural response torepparttar 123517 project you're trying to complete. Take advantage of them as they come naturally; just don't set up yourself for depending on them in a nick of time. You might find out your "nick" is onrepparttar 123518 brink of disaster.

How do you know if you are waiting onrepparttar 123519 big break? Ask yourself, have you analyzedrepparttar 123520 upside and downside? If you have and can see whatrepparttar 123521 risks to reward are, then you are not waiting onrepparttar 123522 big break.

You Won't Suffer From Stress, You'll Be A Carrier!

If you find yourself wringing your hands, hoping against hope, in fear of disaster, you're playing with fire. And,repparttar 123523 proverbial fat lady is just about ready to sing for you.

What Can I Do? How Can I Get What I Want?

She didn’t waste a lot of time talking about it, she didn’t try and explain anything to me, she showed me what to do by doing it herself, joyously, and she only tookrepparttar first step with me. She didn’t takerepparttar 123502 whole monkey on her back. I have momentum now, with my garden. I see what to do and how to do it, and it’s ready forrepparttar 123503 next step. I so much appreciated Aunt Bettie didn’t just tell me that my garden was a mess, or that I should go weed it, or that I didn’t haverepparttar 123504 right tools, or that I ought to be ashamed my garden looked like that!

The best part is how much lighter I feel. Like any “toleration,” walking past that garden every day was something dragging at me that I was only vaguely aware of. Now that it’s something I can be proud, something that I (with Aunt Bettie’s help) did something about, I can feelrepparttar 123505 self-esteem and own it, which is, in EQ terms, Personal Power.

Yesterday I went and bought a small fountain. It was only $79 at HomeDepot, and has a pump to recyclerepparttar 123506 tiny bit of water it uses – maybe one quart. I sent a photo of it to my sister, who wrote back she was sorry she couldn’t have a fountain in her (beautiful) garden in her home in San Diego. “We don’t have enough water,” she said.

“It’s recycled water,” I began … and so Aunt Bettie’s gift goes on, and we extendrepparttar 123507 learning. My sister now has a fountain, something she “never thought she could have.”

Coaching is very much like that. We simply work together to get results!
