Pencils Pencils have a pretty long shelf life because every time you sharpen eyeliner or lip pencil you are exposing new product. It is a good idea to sharpen your pencils at least once a week to remove any contaminants. Do not let your pencils get wet and then dry out again. This may cause mold to form. Lipsticks and glosses Bacteria does not thrive on wax based products so these types of products tend to last quit a long time about 1 to 2 years. If you notice “beading” onrepparttar surface of your lipstick this indicates that it has been exposed to heat or is aging. Checkrepparttar 130492 color and consistency and if it appears to have changed: Toss it! Lip glosses with wand applicators should never be shared because bacteria can get trapped insiderepparttar 130493 container. To be onrepparttar 130494 safe side replace these types of glosses every six months. Mascara and Liquid Eyeliner The MAX shelf life for these kinds of products is 3 months!! Do yourself a favor and label your mascara’s and liquid eyeliners withrepparttar 130495 date that it was opened onrepparttar 130496 package somewhere. Your eye area is one ofrepparttar 130497 most sensitive parts on your body. You do not want to take any chances of getting some sort of infection. It is also a bad idea to share these types of products too. When you use mascara or liner do not pumprepparttar 130498 wand, this cause air and bacteria to get trapped inside. Instead wiperepparttar 130499 sides ofrepparttar 130500 tube to pick up color. Products likerepparttar 130501 ones mentioned in this article can make you look and feel you’re best but it is important to know that it is not a good idea to keep these types of things for an extended period of time. I would suggest you do a “spring” clean of your make-up bag every three months or so. Then go shopping for new products! You deserve it!

Serve appetizers and Champaign instead of a 5 course meal and an open bar and save thousands. Your guests will be just as happy with some shrimp cocktails and crab cakes as they wouldrepparttar traditional chicken & pasta with a salad onrepparttar 130490 side. And you and your fiancé will save a ton of money! Better yet do you know someone who loves to cook?

Flowers are a very important part of any wedding and whether you want real or artificial you want them to look nice. I found a lady onrepparttar 130491 internet that makes artificial wedding bouquets at a very reasonable price. What was great about her arrangements wasrepparttar 130492 flowers she used were notrepparttar 130493 fake looking silk flowers you find in a craft store. They were made with latex and looked, felt and even moved like they were real. So instead of paying over $100 dollars on a real call-lily bridal bouquet I paid approx $45. Andrepparttar 130494 best part is that I get to keep them forever. If you have your heart set on real flowers then buy wholesale and make them yourself. You do not have to be a florist to make a beautiful arrangement. Check online to find instructions on how to make bouquets or keep it simple and just carry a bunch of lily’s or roses.

I mentioned E-Bay earlier and I am going to mention it again because you can save big time by purchasing your favors, supplies, matchbooks, napkins and any other accessories you may need from reputable sellers there. Most of my items including my bridesmaid’s jewelry, my tiara, veil etc were bought there and I saved a mint! Bridal boutiques and specialty shops are so overpriced. Think about it, would you rather pay $50 for personalized beverage napkins or $10?

Don’t be afraid to ask for help either, your friends and families are probably just as excited as you are about your upcoming wedding. You would be surprised at how much you can save by investing some time and research into planning your wedding day and delegating small tasks to others.
