If you send an email to recipients usingrepparttar to and orrepparttar 140853 cc linerepparttar 140854 recipients ofrepparttar 140855 email can clearly see whorepparttar 140856 email was sent to. If one ofrepparttar 140857 recipients was a mailing list then all recipients can clearly seerepparttar 140858 recipients onrepparttar 140859 mailing list.

This has two consequences

  1. Ifrepparttar 140860 mailing list is confidential (list of clients) then it isn't anymore.
  2. If anyone does a reply to allrepparttar 140861 reply is sent to everyone on bothrepparttar 140862 original to and cc line.

Puttingrepparttar 140863 mailing list onrepparttar 140864 Bcc line solves both of these problems.

I would urge anyone who send email to mailing lists or mailing groups to consider usingrepparttar 140865 Bcc line in future. However it is especially important for very large mailing lists and confidential lists.

Please make sure before doing this, thatrepparttar 140488 email you report as spam “really” is spam and not something you joined on to receive. It's just as bad to falsely accuse someone of spam just as it is to receive spam!

Make sure before you join anyone’s mailing list that they have a privacy notice that allows you to unsubscribe at anytime you wish. And states clearly they will not rent nor share your email address with any third party.

If you find this information helpful please feel free to forward it on to your friends. They can join my mailing list simply by sending a blank Email to scams@aweber.com

Join my mailing list simply by sending a blank email to scams@aweber.com (And yes you can unsubscribe at anytime and I will not rent nor share your email address with any third party, spam annoys me just as much as it annoys you)
