Sincerepparttar fall of last year, I've been doing things differently. Atrepparttar 115759 first sign of a cold -- likerepparttar 115760 sniffles -- I'll take two droppers full of Immunity Plus in a bit of water and followup as necessary. That doesrepparttar 115761 trick. Sometimes I'll use it as a "chaser" with echinacea and garlic capsules. And so far, it's stopped any attack dead in its tracks.

In fact, I've had a bottle of Flu Buster on hand, just in case, but have never had to use it. By keeping my baseline up and by usingrepparttar 115762 Immunity Plus as needed, cold and flu viruses haven't seemed to have a chance.

I like Immunity Plus it in water, though it nicely spices up tomato-based juices like V-8.

And while you're there, why not try a bottle? It might be just what you need to spare you any downtime as cold and flu season draw near.

Your Body Works To Keep You Well!

Why?

Because breathing through your nose keeps your nasal passages cooler andrepparttar virus alive.

But when you get stuffy and are forced to breathe through your mouth, your nose, no longer air cooled, reaches a higher temperature and becomes less friendly an environment forrepparttar 115758 virus. The virus dies, and after your body does some necessary cleanup and repair work, you're good as new.

That's why almost anything you do to relieve a cold's symptoms will only prolong it. It tends to interfere with your body's healing process.

Of course, some diseases are easier for your body to handle than others. That's why your best defense is a good offense and you need to take an active part in your health rather than expect your doctor to fix things after they go wrong. In most cases, he really can't fix much and anything he does will depend on your body's cooperation, anyway.
