There are people who seek to destroy heavenly vision by diverting,weakening,deceiving,and frustrating those who are trying to fulfill heavenly vision.

Nehemiah 2:20(King James Version) "Then answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build: but ye have no portion, nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem."

Such people are handled with meekness of wisdom (James 3:13); instead of descending to fight them at their own level of ungodliness.

Romans 15:4(King James Version) "For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of scriptures might have hope."

To become a lover of God and his work like Nehemiah everyone has to become a covenant child of God. This is possible by entering into a covenant relationship with God through Lord Jesus Christ. To do this,one has to repent of one's sins and believe in Jesus Christ as one's personal Lord and Saviour (Acts 2:38). If one is favoured by God to be first person to catch vision,one (the visionary) needs a network of other people especially other covenant children of God to fulfill it. For heavenly vision to be fulfilled,'the visionary' also needs to fully depend on God vision giver. And if one is favoured by God to support 'the visionary',one should make one's contribution 'as unto Lord'. When confronting enemies of vision,one should remember not 'to wrestle against flesh and blood (Eph 6:12)' or 'to fight with carnal weapons' (2 Cor. 10:3-6).

Nehemiah 6:15-16(King James Version) "So wall was finished in twenty and fifth day of month Elul, in fifty and two days." "And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God."

The fulfillment of heavenly vision brings shame to its enemies; joy to network of its supporters;and glory to God its giver.

The second kind of wisdom is found in verses 17-18 of above scriptures-this is true wisdom and it is by this that any fighter can face, fight, and win in any battle of life. Therefore ‘wise counsel’ is actually counsel based on true wisdom. And it is this brand of wisdom that is ‘lost’ to hearts of human beings.

Job 28(KJV) verse 12 "But where shall wisdom be found? and where is place of understanding?"

This all-important question has to be corrected answered for anyone to truly experience real victory in this world!

Job 28(KJV) verse 23 "God understandeth way thereof, and he knoweth place thereof."

This statement of truth is what brings turning point in making of true champions! But how can this be relevant to us today?!

Job 28(KJV) verse 28 "And unto man he said, Behold, fear of LORD, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding."

From above scripture, we learn from God Himself fear of LORD is wisdom!

This reverential fear is possessed only by those who have a personal covenant relationship with God. Anyone can enter into this relationship by humbly coming to Jesus Christ (Matt 11:28); repenting from one’s sins (Acts 2:38); and receiving Him (John 1: 12-13) as personal Lord and Saviour. It is only in Christ that this brand of wisdom is ‘found’!

How does any covenant child of God access wise counsel?

This is done regularly by indwelling Spirit of God who teaches God’s people from scriptures directly or indirectly through lives and words of others (written or spoken).
