In other words, I like to do things my way. I continue to feel like that today in workforce. When working for a corporate employer, you must follow job policy at all times. Conflict will arise when your rules don’t match policy rules and you’re in jeopardy of losing your quicker than you expected. Do I feel that this is a company that I would be comfortable in being associated with and do I think that they show integrity required to run this company from strength to strength and show long-term commitment?
