When he finally discussed this with me, I heard right away that these dreams were being caused byrepparttar desktop theme. Even though he was looking back atrepparttar 131166 fun times when he viewed it, it was triggering memories in his subconscious that were not so fun. When we changedrepparttar 131167 theme of his desktop, repparttar 131168 dreams stopped.

The subconscious is an interesting thing. It can take over and drive our cars for us when we are daydreaming while driving, but it has no ability to discern between fantasy and reality or between truth and lies. Our subconscious has no sense of good or bad, evil or angelic. It just IS. And when it is triggered by something, it can take over our dreams in ways that we do not understand.

So, what is your desktop theme saying to your subconscious? This is not unlike what that bumper sticker on your car is saying to strangers. You need to take a look at this and evaluate what your theme is saying to you and about you.

Try to pick a desktop theme that shows something soothing, or some goal that you have. Make it be uplifting! Consider it as a tool that can work for you or against you. It is a lot easier to have a theme that is going to trigger onlyrepparttar 131169 highest and best in your subconscious, than it is to deal with bad dreams or why your thinking may be negative.

Little things can mean a lot!

Success—two critical questions to ask, and answer

Written by Jerry Lopper

Continued from page 1

So, how do you become a success? It begins with knowingrepparttar answers to two questions. Who am I? Why am I here? The who am I question isn’t a question of who I am now, but who can I become as my highest self. This isrepparttar 131163 realm of my soul. My soul intends for me to reach a new level of understanding in this lifetime; a new and improved version of me.

The why am I here question is related but different. This question addresses my purpose in life. Atrepparttar 131164 highest levelrepparttar 131165 answer to this question is that I am simply here to evolve as a human being. But at a lower level I seek answers that are more specific. As I understand who I am as my highest self, I can then explorerepparttar 131166 many purposes, achievements, and activities that reflect and emerge from who I am. These provide a more detailed view of why I am here.

The answers to both questions will come through meditation and introspection. The answers are inside you; your soul knows, and will tell you when you are quiet and open so that you can hear. For more information, and my book “Who Am I? Why Am I Here?” visit http://jlopper.home.att.net.
