Call it a ritual, if you will. Call it superstition. To me, it's adoration to my King. Periodically, I go, from room to room, thanking Him for dwelling He's giving us. I get out my little bottle of anointing oil and begin to pray and praise His holy name. Sometimes, prayers are uttered in Spirit. Always, peace is sought, to reign within walls of our home. Satan is bound, sending him and his demons fleeing.

I even anoint dog! She is so used to it, by now, she just lifts her head up in anticipation of her anointing; her blessing. I do think she'd be hurt and insulted if I forgot her. You know, she could have told me what those little brown spots were, that I was fretting about, if only I’d asked!

So, I guess "Spring Cleaning" Angel will just have to pass over this one. I might add more significance about hybrid eclipse. According to a news report, “This is 51st eclipse of Saros series 129. The series began with 20 partial eclipses, first of which was on 3 Oct. 1103. The most recent hybrid eclipse was on 29 May 1987, and next occurs on 20 Apr. in 2023” (Earthview web August 2004).

Now why am I telling you about hybrid solar eclipses? Because it’s sign of times. I believe that Matthew 24 advises us regarding last days, just before King of Kings appears in all His Glory. Jesus, Himself, said that heavens would speak about his imminent return. I believe that eclipse that will occur tomorrow, while Pope John Paul II is interned, is simply heavens sounding off once again, warning of soon coming return of Lord Jesus Christ. I believe hybrid eclipse is also a harbinger to Pope John Paul’s successor. The warning is this: Get people of God ready. Jesus is about to split Eastern sky and no one should be left behind! Glory.

Nevertheless in mean time, I’ll keep looking up for I believe that my “redemption draweth nigh.”
