And it shall come to pass in that day, thatrepparttar 148616 light shall not be clear, nor dark: [Half Day and Half Night.] Isa 30:25 thru 33. And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters inrepparttar 148617 day ofrepparttar 148618 great slaughter, whenrepparttar 148619 towers fall. Moreoverrepparttar 148620 light ofrepparttar 148621 moon shall be asrepparttar 148622 light ofrepparttar 148623 sun, andrepparttar 148624 light ofrepparttar 148625 sun shall be sevenfold, asrepparttar 148626 light of seven days, inrepparttar 148627 day thatrepparttar 148628 LORD bindeth uprepparttar 148629 breach of his people, and healethrepparttar 148630 stroke of their wound. Behold, repparttar 148631 name ofrepparttar 148632 LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, andrepparttar 148633 burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach torepparttar 148634 midst ofrepparttar 148635 neck, to siftrepparttar 148636 nations withrepparttar 148637 sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle inrepparttar 148638 jaws ofrepparttar 148639 people, causing them to err.Ye shall have a song, as inrepparttar 148640 night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come intorepparttar 148641 mountain ofrepparttar 148642 LORD, torepparttar 148643 mighty One of Israel. Andrepparttar 148644 LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shewrepparttar 148645 lighting down of his arm, withrepparttar 148646 indignation of his anger, and withrepparttar 148647 flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. Its ill repute inrepparttar 148655 Bible emanated fromrepparttar 148656 worship there of foreign gods, including supposed child sacrifice to Molech at Tophet . In later Jewish literature it was called Ge-Hinnom.The valley became a refuse site where animal carcasses, waste andrepparttar 148657 bodies of criminals were dumped, with fires permanently burning to keep disease at bay. The Canaanites sacrificed children torepparttar 148658 god Moloch or Molech or Molekh by burning them alive.} And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them towardrepparttar 148659 former sea, and half of them towardrepparttar 148660 hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. Andrepparttar 148661 LORD shall be king over allrepparttar 148662 earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. Lucy: Fact vs. Fiction

A quote from an education website describes Lucy as follows:

As in a modern human's skeleton, Lucy's bones are rife with evidence clearly pointing to bipedality. Her distal femur shows several traits unique to bipedality. The shaft is angled relative torepparttar condyles (knee joint surfaces), which allows bipeds to balance on one leg at a time during locomotion. There is a prominent patellar lip to keeprepparttar 148510 patella (knee cap)from dislocating due to this angle. Her condyles are large, and are thus adapted to handlingrepparttar 148511 added weight, which results from shifting from four limbs to two. The pelvis exhibits a number of adaptations to bipedality. The entire structure has been remodeled to accommodate an upright stance andrepparttar 148512 need to balancerepparttar 148513 trunk on only one limb with each stride. The talus, in her ankle, shows evidence for a convergent big toe, sacrificing manipulative abilities for efficiency in bipedal locomotion. The vertebrae show evidence ofrepparttar 148514 spinal curvatures necessitated by a permanent upright stance.

So they are saying that only bipedal subjects display these evidences. Also most of these references are not made based on Lucy but on other bones found with a 1.5-mile radius. However, for arguments sake lets say all of these bones are from Lucy. Is it possible for a primate (ape, chimp ect.) to walk upright for long periods of time, enough so that bone structure might change somewhat? Not saying it’s changing into a human, just an upright ape. Most people would answer no and certainly in biology class we are taught to all apes can walk upright for a limited amount of time but their bone structure isn’t suited for long periods of bipedal walking. Then how do they explain this:

A black macaque monkey in Israel that forrepparttar 148515 past five years has walked exclusively on two legs and no longer attempts to walk on all fours. This monkey become ill once and had a high fever that doctors believe caused some form of brain damage. So instead of being able to switch from knuckle walking to bipedal it only knows how to walk on its two legs. This doesn't mean that this black macaque is related humans it just shows that primates are capable of this behavior. Noticerepparttar 148516 straight posture, repparttar 148517 long gait, yet you still have curved hands and feet for tree climbing. Just like Lucy’s description.

Robert Boyd and Joan Silk (both professors of Anthropology), How Humans Evolved, 2000, pp. 331-334.

"Anatomical evidence indicated that A. afarensis was bipedal..."

"....some anthropologists are convinced byrepparttar 148518 anatomical evidence that A. afarensis was not a modern biped.”

The general public is lead to believe that Lucy is a concrete example of life between humans and apes and that it proves we evolved and started walking upright 4 million years ago. What they aren't told is that if you took all ofrepparttar 148519 bones associated with Australopithecus you would not even fill up one casket. There simply isn’t enough evidence for true science to make this claim. It is all based on evidence that just isn’t there.

A supposed concrete example that is all imagination andrepparttar 148520 truth is hidden fromrepparttar 148521 general public or glossed over as not being important.
