Fortunately for all of us, we can change this pattern. Now what I am going to tell you next is simple to say, but not so simple to do so I'm going to give you a smiple word to remember - P I N T. Put It iN Thought. In other words, put your dreams in your thoughts allrepparttar time.

Drive out anything else. People you see around you who succeed are doing this allrepparttar 123006 time. They are single minded in their existence. They put what they want in their thoughts allrepparttar 123007 time. Anything that is not required to getrepparttar 123008 job done is discarded immediately. They will even bend their perceptions of things around them to being related or contributing to that they want to happen. They Put It iN Thought.

This may take a while. You have been letting everyone elses thoughts be suggested as your own for quite some time time. Changing your habbits will take some time. Your thought patterns won't change over night. I will give you one hint. Recent research by Larry Kahil, MD atrepparttar 123009 University of California Medical Center found that emotion makesrepparttar 123010 strength of our memories much stronger. We have a tendancy to be reinforced positively with good emotions.

Rememberrepparttar 123011 kiss that really got to yourepparttar 123012 first time. I'll bet you still remember where you were and who you were kissing! So, do something or remember something that makes you feel good emotionally as you think of your goal. The more you think about your goal, repparttar 123013 more your good feeling will happen. You will get hooked onrepparttar 123014 good feeling and on your goal. Everything you do will begin to focus on that goal because you want to feel good.

OK, you haverepparttar 123015 core of one ofrepparttar 123016 most powerful life changing concepts you will ever learn. Just remember Put It iN Thought.

Another worker appliesrepparttar finish coats of varnish or paint to preserve and bring outrepparttar 123005 beauty ofrepparttar 123006 chair design. Finallyrepparttar 123007 chair is packaged, put on another truck and shipped to a furniture store where you see it and think, 'That would look great in our living room. Let's get it and have it for this evening.'

You might not have ever imagined all that about your chair. But something similar did happen to make that chair appear in your home. Relax and go back over each step as you see it happen in your mind. In a little while you will see each ofrepparttar 123008 machines that you imagine createdrepparttar 123009 chair and finally you will seerepparttar 123010 truck that broughtrepparttar 123011 chair to your house.

Practice...Practice...Practice Try this exercise for three or four days in a row and see if it doesn't get more real each time you do it. As you dorepparttar 123012 reality ofrepparttar 123013 chair becomes something that you can believe in more and more. Just asrepparttar 123014 chair becomes more vibrant and real in your mind. Any other thought can dorepparttar 123015 same. A famous 19th century scientist Nikola Telsarepparttar 123016 inventor ofrepparttar 123017 "telsa coil" that makes your hair stand on end with static electricity, once said he made no invention without first seeingrepparttar 123018 entirety of his experiment in his mind working as he knew it would. Mr. Telsa knewrepparttar 123019 power of using his mind to work outrepparttar 123020 problems he sought to solve. He actively employed his conscious and subconscious mind to solve these problems by seeing them as final solutions before he ever tried to perform any ofrepparttar 123021 work forrepparttar 123022 project.

Now that's mental power. But all of us haverepparttar 123023 same capability. All we have to do to make it work is to use our minds regularly and purposefully.

Write and let me know how you are coming along. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Inrepparttar 123024 next segment I'll sharerepparttar 123025 secret to focused thought. How to keep our thoughts on track. Until then, don't just sit there....get Started. aa
