The Gospel Of ConvenienceWritten by Frank Reilly

It is this spirit in which this article is written, and for this purpose I believe God has inspired us to open this site, and to speak out in name of Jesus to anyone that he may direct to this site. A "voice crying in wilderness of internet" as it were, to anyone who will hear, and turn from deceitfulness of unrighteousness... 2 Thessalonians 2: 8-12 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom Lord shall consume with spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with brightness of his coming. Even him, whose coming is after working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not love of truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. The context of this scripture, is of time of end of age, as Jesus is about to come, and it describes a state of affairs in world and among people of our world and work of Satan to deceive them, and lead them to destruction. Paul is discussing time when one we know as Antichrist will appear on earth, and will deceive world, including as many of people of God as possible. I believe that as you read these words, this scripture is being fulfilled in world today. I think most Christians would agree, that deception spoken of by Apostles, concerning "Last Days", is deception that will be directed at true believers of God's word, and in his Son Jesus Christ, not at "world", as world was already deceived, there is no need to bother with them. The evil one's target? I believe target can only be evangelical church of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I believe it is necessary to take a close look at how Devil could possibly have worked a deception into that body of believers at this time, (we believe time of end). What is/are these deceptions, and how do they add up to "Strong Delusion" spoken of by Paul? They would have to be ones that our Lord warned us about throughout his entire ministry, #1, love of money, #2 love of this world, and #3 love of darkness. COMMENTS: We believe that a time has come when Devil, "as a roaring lion going about seeking whom he may devour" has resulted in a plethora of deceptions running freely in Christian doctrine today, and we can not help but speak out, sound trumpet as it where, as parable of "the watchman" commands us! Continued from page 1 Rev 9:11 The king, Abaddon, Apollyon. The angel of bottomless pit. Satan.Abaddon: destroyer, John 8:44. The Hebrew in Job_31:12 and Pro_27:20, "destruction," or place of destruction, sheol (Hebrew); Hades (Greek). The rabbis use Abaddon, from Psa_88:12 ("Shall Thy lovingkindness be declared in destruction?") (abaddon) as second of seven names for region of dead. In Rev_9:11 personified as destroyer, Greek, apolluon, "the angel of bottomless pit," Satan is meant; for he is described in Rev_9:1 as "a star fallen from heaven unto earth, to whom was given key of bottomless pit"; and Rev_12:8-9,12: "Woe to inhabiters of earth, for devil is come down." "He walketh about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" The serpent-like stinging tails correspond to Mohammedanism. The giving of both Hebrew and Greek name implies that he is destroyer of both Hebrew and Gentiles alike. This is literial. The sixth Trumpet, Many who do not understand symbolism use word “Horses” to try to make fun of Revelations. The word horse is symbolic of a means of transportation. The four angels[evil beings] in great river Euphrates. These beings go to war against mankind for 396 days + 1 hour. Rev 9:16 thru 9:19 describe number of deamonic soldiers under their controll and apperance and number of man killed.[Outward aspect. phenomenon. A superficial aspect; a semblance.Outward indications] Rev 9:16 And number of army of horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard number of them. Modern warfare is descriptive of means of destruction in these verses. Rev 9:18 By these three was third part of men killed, by fire, and by smoke, and by brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. Rev 9:19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. Rev 9:20 and 21, show hardness of mans heart in this period of time. And rest of men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, wood. False Idols. A man can make and Idol out of anything from grass to money. Rev 9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts. The Seventh Trumpet will be covered in chapter 11. end of section 7.
