Take more time to eat, and you will feel filled. “Hunger goes away over time,” Shafran says. “If you feel hungry, you may only be dehydrated. Wait five or 10 minutes and hunger will go away.” Eat several small meals spaced throughout day instead of one big meal at night. “If you are hungry and don’t eat, you will become ravenous and start eating everything in sight,” Shafran says. “When you’re at work, set a timer or an alarm on your watch that will beep every three to four hours to remind you to eat a snack. Social well-being is harmony with which body lives among other people and other life. When all of these elements are in balance, a person is then considered healthy. With these factors as a measure, is it then so surprising that so many are considered to be unhealthy? Physical health is not apparent absence of illness. Most chronic diseases do not, come on suddenly. They grow through our body over time until finally effects are severe enough to show symptoms. It is only appearance of symptoms that may come on suddenly. So absence of symptoms simply means absence of symptoms. In US we have many dedicated health care professionals committing miracles in trauma care every day. For that US most certainly gets an A, but with definition of health provided by World Health Organization, it is clear that responsibility for health does lie with doctor. It is our responsibility to focus on creating a balance in factors of health. First for ourselves and then for others.
