If you’ve made it completely through these steps, you are ready to go to fourth and final step. If confusion or uncertainty still exists, marinate a little longer in first three steps, especially self-acceptance.

4) Clear intention followed by focused action: Now is time to modify your thoughts, actions and words for a positive outcome! You know exactly what to do now. It is compelling and you act without hesitation. You alter way you show up in world, which in turn modifies response you get.

This is a self-generating process, because as you feel high you get from step four, you are eager about going back to start and do it once more around a new issue. It gives you thrill to keep going!

Honor your own “square-peggedness” by being who you truly are! It will transform your life into one of ease and joy.

So, also, I was astounded, when I worked out process of succeeding, and means to be used. I found that process usually employed may succeed now and then, but that it does not make success certain. And, I found that means, which is least used, is most efficient. These I present to you in succeeding chapters.

To begin change which will lead you to success, consecrate yourself to use of five determinants of success.

If you dare to free yourself from hinder­ing circumstances, if you do something in such a way that you make yourself a leader in your work, if your work is of service to others, if you dare to secure just compensa­tion for your work-then you ARE a suc­cess!

Let us commit:

FREEDOM-the daring to overcome limitations of circumstances and conditions, and express yourself-is first determin­ing factor. ACTION-doing something, not merely thinking about it, or dreaming of it, or wish­ing for it-is second. LEADERSHIP-doing your work bet­ter, or more rapidly, or more efficiently, or, more effectively than others would do it- is third. SERVICE-doing your work in such a way that it renders service to others, and then, in addition, giving service-is fourth. JUSTICE-the art of securing just com­pensation for services you render, by way you deal with people, and by means you use in doing so-is final determin­ing factor which guarantees success!
