Spring is here and children are running unencumbered by heavy coats and big shoes. Homework is put off until later in evening as kids ride bikes and play ball on street. Lawns are mowed, flower beds are cleaned and garage sales begin. Spring brings bright sunny dispositions, cold morning chore of scraping ice from windshields is a faded memory, and cars warm up much faster.

The winter lingered too long, summer seemed too far away but spring has sprung and brought with it new hope and new life to our thinking. Grab hold of what spring brings and look out with new eyes at great wonder that is right before you. You will be thankful and thankfulness alone will provide you with “Spring Thinking”.

Isa. 46:8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let skies pour down righteousness: let earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I LORD have created it.

29. Learning as much as I can for as long as I can.

30. Standing for what's right when everything's wrong, and saying "I'm wrong" when something's not right.

31. Letting music play.

32. Knowing I can and seeking help when I can't.

33. Just doing nothing at just right time.

34. Filling my mind with all that is excellent, truthful, full of hope, and worthy of thinking about again.

35. Kisses that say "I love you" more than "I need you."

36. Treasuring ideas for their untapped potential.

37. Caring. 38. Giving. 39. And having fun.

40. Refusing to believe lies about myself or others regardless of source -- including what I hear from within.

41. Trusting enough to see good in people without blindly trusting in goodness of all people.

42. Success without self-absorption.

43. Showing I know difference between keeping rules and listening with understanding.

44. Winning with dignity. 45. Losing with grace. 46. And learning from both.

47. Believing in all my possibilities -- and yours too!

48. Appreciating wisdom of maturity and beauty of childhood.

49. Avoiding bondage of bitterness, deceit of wealth without character, and vanity of pride without gratefulness.

50. Loving for all I'm worth because in end it's worth it all.
