Sneaky Me TimeWritten by Tracy Lyn Moland
Continued from page 1 Adjust your attitude and enjoy doctor, dentist and other appointments. Find at least one positive in experience - you are alone, you get to lie down, or you may be able to read! Although, I won’t go as far as to say a root canal will be fun! Rather than run errands in a panic, rushing to get it over - enjoy what you are doing. Take five minutes to look through magazines, browse through knick-knack store, or stop for a coffee. Finally, offer to do one of family chores – clean up kitchen, clean a bathroom, wash clothes – ALONE. Light your favorite candles, put on some music, and have a cup of tea or a glass of wine!

The way that you perceive money is how you were taught to see money in your life. Spend time thinking about what money means to you. What are your habits? Think of good habits and bad habits. Be honest with yourself. There are more resources than ever before on getting a financial life. Start to take advantage of resources, turn your ching-ching into bling-bling. Intention: I will take an honest look at my finances. I will make changes to make my money work for me and not just work for my money.
