Payment options are also flexible. If you planned to repay loan following payday but something unexpected comes up, you can change terms of your repayment plan. You will be required to make a minimum payment on due date, but principal balance can be paid off at a later date.
Unlike typical payday loan companies, online payday loan companies are open 24 hours. You can fill out application from privacy of your home and avoid sharing your financial information in public. You can also avoid hassle of waiting in line.
Online payday loan companies also offer convenient payment options. You can make payments online or call a company representative. The whole process is handled privately and discreetly.

Poor call centre performances driving motorists to go online for insuranceWritten by Richard Green

However, even with growth in number of people using internet and despite all safety measures implemented to facilitate online transactions, more than a million motorists are reported as still not trusting internet as a safe purchasing tool, and feel safer using phone to speak directly to a person. This is despite recent news reports of bank account details of 1,000 UK customers, including passwords, addresses and passport data, held by Indian call centres, being sold to an undercover reporter from Sun. Andrew Jackson, marketing director for Swinton said, "We believe that despite increase in number of people purchasing car insurance on internet, phone will continue to be a popular method as long as providers ensure that their call centres provide good quality customer service,".
However unless call centre based companies redress publics perceptions of poor performance offered by call centres, they are liable to find more motorists trying to find other options, and if internet based insurance providers can convince increasingly technologically savvy public that buying online is safe, then we may soon see rapid decline of call centres and see internet becoming primary source of information for motorists in their quest for cheaper car insurance.
