Seek Me First

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seekrepparttar Lord, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. For thus saithrepparttar 129104 Lord untorepparttar 129105 house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live: Seek him that makethrepparttar 129106 seven stars and Orion, and turnethrepparttar 129107 shadow of death intorepparttar 129108 morning, and makethrepparttar 129109 day dark with night: that calleth forrepparttar 129110 waters ofrepparttar 129111 sea, and poureth them out uponrepparttar 129112 face ofrepparttar 129113 earth: The Lord is his name. Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and sorepparttar 129114 Lord, repparttar 129115 God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.

Seek yerepparttar 129116 Lord, all ye meek ofrepparttar 129117 earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid inrepparttar 129118 day ofrepparttar 129119 Lord's anger. Andrepparttar 129120 inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray beforerepparttar 129121 Lord, and to seekrepparttar 129122 Lord of hosts: I will go also.

Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seekrepparttar 129123 Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray beforerepparttar 129124 Lord. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy allrepparttar 129125 nations that come against Jerusalem. Forrepparttar 129126 priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seekrepparttar 129127 law at his mouth: for he isrepparttar 129128 messenger ofrepparttar 129129 Lord of hosts.

Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall preparerepparttar 129130 way before me: andrepparttar 129131 Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, evenrepparttar 129132 messenger ofrepparttar 129133 covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saithrepparttar 129134 Lord of hosts.

No man can serve two masters: for either he will haterepparttar 129135 one, and loverepparttar 129136 other; or else he will hold torepparttar 129137 one, and despiserepparttar 129138 other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is notrepparttar 129139 life more than meat, andrepparttar 129140 body than raiment? Beholdrepparttar 129141 fowls ofrepparttar 129142 air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Considerrepparttar 129143 lilies ofrepparttar 129144 field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Wherefore, if God so clotherepparttar 129145 grass ofrepparttar 129146 field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast intorepparttar 129147 oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things dorepparttar 129148 Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

But seek ye firstrepparttar 129149 kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.

Strive to enter in atrepparttar 129150 strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. Forrepparttar 129151 Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.

Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel torepparttar 129152 edifying ofrepparttar 129153 church. For all seek their own, notrepparttar 129154 things which are Jesus Christ's.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Seek ye firstrepparttar 129155 kingdom of God, and his righteousness ... Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children ... Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this isrepparttar 129156 law andrepparttar 129157 prophets ... and all these things shall be added unto you ... how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
