Robb and I are very proud to host website for Mopars of Greater Rochester NY. If you own or are a fan of Mopars you should stop on in and say hi. This might be a new club, but they have a full schedule lined up for this season. Once more welcome to scene and we personally can not wait to enjoy all that Mopar action.

From first time I met everyone who would be working on this show I knew I had found opportunity to meet wonderful people. Never in my wildest dreams did I realize what it took to put a show like this together. We had allot of fun doing this. Got opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. Thanks guys & gals. For those who signed up early and came day of show, spectators as well. Thanks, show would not have been what it was without you. We had a great turn out of cars from all over even Florida and Orchard Park. Sorry mother nature had to let loose at end, but we really did enjoy having you. To our special guests from The Rochester Rattler cheerleading team & The Brett Bodine Racing team, you where fantastic and presents of all of you make day even brighter. Hope to have chance to see you all again next year (If not sooner).

The trick to "avoiding" majority of rudeness that CAN arise from people trying to unsubscribe to your ezine, is to make it as EASY as possible. And if possible, provide an unsubscribe email address and "clickable" unsubscribe link in EVERY single issue. This way if one doesn't function there is ALWAYS an alternative that person can use.

I also recommend that you use a "no-reply@yourdomain" to send your ezine from, triggered by an automated msg, so that way, you are less likely to have people using reply function to unsubscribe. Your automated message should consist of "CLEAR instructions" on HOW they can remove themselves from your list - that is all it needs in order to be effective.

If your subscriber STILL does NOT get hint on HOW to remove themselves from your list and decides to cuss you out - KILL them with KINDNESS. Although I do know there will be times when they will just get your blood in a "boiling mode" - be as POLITE as possible. Let them be one to make a "MORON" out of themselves. But for some reason NOTHING gets under a RUDE persons skin, MORE than YOU being nice.

My last bit of advice is for you NOT to get offended at all when someone "unsubscribes" to your ezine. I have seen some people get down right "emotional" over thought of this. Just keep in mind, there are PLENTY of GREAT subscribers out there that are MORE than willing to read YOUR ezine.
