5. The next verse from Daniel gives more information as to some of personality traits of Antichrist. He will have fierce features, understands sinister schemes, will be very cunning and will be epitome of conceit and arrogance.

"And in latter time of this kingdom, when transgressors have revealed their fullness, a king shall arise, having fierce features, who understands sinister schemes. His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; He shall destroy fearfully and shall prosper and thrive; He shall destroy mighty, also holy people. Through his cunning he shall cause deceit to prosper under his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart. He shall destroy many in their prosperity. He shall even rise against Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without human hand." (Daniel 8:23-26)

6. The next verse in Daniel gives some additional information on this man. He may be gay as he has no desire for women. He also may have some Jewish descent in him as it states he has no "regard" for God of his fathers.

"Then king shall do according to his own will; he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against God of gods, and shall prosper till wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done. He shall regard neither God of his fathers nor desire of women, nor regard any god; for he shall magnify himself above them all." (Daniel 1:36-37)

7. The next verse out of John tells us that his name is Antichrist.

"Little children, in LAST HOUR; and as you have heard that ANTICHRIST is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is last hour." (1 John 2:18).

"The coming of lawless one is according to working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders." (2 Thessalonians 2:9)

"Let no one deceive you by any means for that day will not come unless falling away comes first, and man of sin is revealed, son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in temple of God, showing himself that he is God." (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)

"Then I saw another beast coming up out of earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all authority of first beast in his presence, and causes earth and those who dwell in it to worship first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on earth in sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on earth by these signs which he was granted to do in sight of beast, telling those who dwell on earth to make an image to beast who was wounded by sword and lived.

He was granted power to give breath to image of beast, that image of beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship image of beast to be killed. And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has mark or name of beast, or number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate number of beast, for it is number of a man. His number is 666." (Revelations 13:11-18)

"Then beast was captured, and with him THE FALSE PROPHET who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received mark of beast and those who worshiped his image." (Revelations 19:20)

Satan, Antichrist and False Prophet will now set stage for what is called 7 year Tribulation. THIS 7 TRIBULATION PERIOD WILL BE THE WORST PERIOD OF TIME THAT THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN. JESUS HIMSELF TOLD THE APOSTLES THAT THERE NEVER HAS BEEN A TIME OF TROUBLE THROUGHOUT HUMAN HISTORY AS BAD AS THIS TIME IS GOING TO BE AND THAT THERE WILL NEVER EVER BE ANOTHER PERIOD AS BAD AS THIS ONE IS GOING TO BE!

3. One last point to mention on all of above. Why would God allow such bloodshed and persecution to come onto His own chosen people - Jewish people? First they go through horrible persecution after they are dispersed out of Rome in 70 AD. Then they go through German holocaust where 6 million of their own are killed by Hitler. And now they are going to have two thirds of their own killed in coming holocaust with Antichrist.

Here is verse that specifically tells us why God has allowed so much persecution to fall upon these people throughout ages:

"The Gentiles shall know that House of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they were unfaithful to Me; therefore I hid My face from them. I give them into hand of their enemies and they all fell by sword. According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I have dealt with them, and hidden My face from them." (Ezekiel 39:23-24)

God said in Old Testament that He would not forsake Covenant that He made with their earlier forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and that He would bring them back to their homeland in latter days. And once Great Tribulation has fully ended, they would never ever be uprooted again, nor would they ever suffer any more persecution.

THE JEWISH PEOPLE WILL SERVE AS A FINAL TESTAMENT TO ALL OF US REGARDING THE CONSEQUENCES OF FORSAKING AND GOING AGAINST GOD THE FATHER. THERE IS NO MIDDLE ROAD ON EACH MAN’S CHOICE AS TO WHO THEY SHOULD SERVE. YOU EITHER CHOOSE GOD AND JESUS AND LIVE THE WAY THEY WANT YOU TO LIVE OR YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN WAY OR THE WAY OF THE "DARK SIDE" AND DIE!

The above commentary on end time events literally tells us that everyone is either going to end up in New Heaven and New Earth or in Lake of Fire and Brimstone with Devil, all of his demons, Antichrist and False Prophet - where everyone will be tormented in this horrible place forever and ever!

That is cold hard reality of what Big Picture is really all about. The sad thing about all of this, is that an awful lot of people are going to end up making wrong choice on most important decision of their entire lives, and not even God Himself will interfere with each person’s own personal choice on this matter.
