Take a tip from
world's most happy and successful people. Make a Shift List. Create a list of activities that transform your mood and put you on a roll. Then, when your aliveness begins to fade, go through
activities you've listed until you're back in The Zone. Here are some possible shifting activities to help inspire you to create your own personal Shift List:
1. Dance, run, jog, skip or stretch 2. Write, paint or sketch 3. Play an instrument, sing or listen to music 4. Pet an animal or plant, listen to birds or feel
wind 5. Call someone who's uplifting or uplift someone else 6. Walk in nature, dig in your garden or hug a tree 7. Cook, chop vegetables or eat something new 8. Clean, organize, wash dishes or do laundry 9. Breathe deeply, feel your feelings and relax 10. Tell some new truth to yourself or someone else 11. Do yoga, tai-chi or other martial art 12. Take a shower or flow water over your hands 13. Read an inspirational book or article like this one! 14. Feng-shui your space, get rid of old things or add new things 15. Appreciate
weather, sunlight, moon and stars
