You should include some text below your list to go into more detail, and you can modify your list as needed to get your point across. Don’t forget it’s alright to leave a cell blank or to put in a “?” if you have no preference. The purpose of this list is to prioritize “critical” and “less critical” aspects that you find appealing, this is very important in order to provide designer with information needed to create an item that will satisfy all or as many of your wants as possible. Use of Your List Email particular designer and let them know that you love their piece but you would like to save money if at all possible. Inform designer that you have created a list that they may use to help you achieve your objectives. Be honest and tell designer amount you feel comfortable spending if they can create a plan that you can approve. Take into account that this is as much about building a lasting relationship as any other objective. More than likely you will receive a positive response, designer just love to know what their customers like to see. Send your list only if requested, you are half way there. You have successfully started a professional dialogue and any designer will try to earn your business, within reason. Keep in mind that most good designers will refuse to use certain materials; this is a good quality and helps designer to establish a certain quality. If things work as you have hoped you will be instructed as to how designer would like to proceed. Be prepared to send full price for item before it is actually created but know that it was your suggestions that have guided design of an item that you can take special pride in wearing or giving as a special gift. If your designer cannot help you, which should only be case if you have asked for too much and indicated a price that is too small, you still have options at your disposal. Look at your list and you will discover that it also has excellent keyword phrases in order of importance that you can use in your favorite search. If you use this option consider too that you already have a list, and maybe with just a little editing (or not), you can start process over until you find a designer that can make you happy. Best of luck, you can find that special piece of jewelry that really speaks to you. And always remember “ask and ye shall receive.”

| | Balancing Mars and Venus in Each of UsWritten by Kevin B. Burk, Author of The Relationship Handbook

Artemis, Goddess of Hunt, is archetype of female athlete. In every way, she was equal of her brother, Apollo. Artemis has returned as a useful archetype for women today, thanks to popularity of women's athletics. Women now have role models and opportunities to explore their physical strength, and test and improve their skills through competitive sports. We have always measured "masculinity" based on strength, power, and skill, but these qualities are as present in women as they are in men. Women were supposed to be delicate flowers who needed men to protect them. The truth, however, is that while men may have edge over women in terms of brute strength, that women often surpass men in skill and dexterity. Once we take biology and reproduction out of equation, men and women are very evenly matched. So what then, are truly "masculine" and "feminine" qualities? The masculine principle is focused, expressive, and direct. The feminine principle is diffuse, intuitive, and receptive. The feminine principle provides container to support masculine energy. Masculine energy expands, and feminine energy contracts. Any action can be "masculine" or "feminine" in nature, depending on how it is applied. Warrior energy on its own is neither masculine nor feminine. It becomes masculine when we attack in order to expand our borders; it becomes feminine when we fight to defend and protect our tribe from invasion. It's true that men tend to be more in touch with more "masculine" or yang aspects, while women tend to be more in touch with more "feminine" or yin aspects. But not being aware of or familiar with our complimentary nature doesn't mean that we can't learn about it and express it. This, in fact, is reason that men and women form relationships with each other. Our partners are our mirrors, and when men and women relate to each other--whether that relationship is sexual or not--what we see reflected is our complimentary nature. We see parts of ourselves that we haven't integrated or owned yet. And through our relationships with opposite gender, we learn how to connect with and own these parts of ourselves, and experience true balance. We need to learn to acknowledge, accept and embrace these two complimentary natures. We each have both Mars and Venus within us, and we need to learn how to appreciate and express them both.
