Reduce Your Stress:  Create a Countdown Marketing Calendar

Written by Catherine Franz

Continued from page 1

A third way to complete a countdown calendar would be to complete it in a linear form.

Day 21—Speaking event results I desire…describe those results.

Day 20—Get handouts printed at Kinko’s.

Day 19—Write and send out reminder email to organizer.

To Day 1 – Today.

Again, if you have a reoccurring countdown, like teleclasses, you can create a linear countdown calendar likerepparttar one above. Eventually you will see a consistent pattern of to-dos. At that point, don’t stop doing this withrepparttar 120761 thinking you have it down pat and you don’t need to. This will jump up and bite you inrepparttar 120762 assets fairly quickly by bogging down your mind and making you wonder if you are missing something. If that occurs, jump back intorepparttar 120763 habit, it is a great one to have. Even if it is frustrating because it takes thinking time.

Once you have your count down calendar completed then you can enter it into your automatic reminder calendar, like Outlook or Act. This will track all your deadlines, goals, and projects. You will have a separate count down calendar for each one.

Written by Martin Lemieux

Continued from page 1

Starting now, let's all keeprepparttar same headline...

The reason for keepingrepparttar 120760 same headline is for 1 keeping a strong consistency with your marketing and 2 making it easyer to find your articles online.

#3 - Finding All Of Your Articles: Now let's find them for you... (Hoping that you already created your folders within your favories menu?)

I preffer using Google's Toolbar for this but it is not required. Let's all go to: www.google.com and start looking.

Why google? Simplyrepparttar 120761 best...

Take your 1st article and cut and pasterepparttar 120762 EXACT title withinrepparttar 120763 google search. Now add "" atrepparttar 120764 beginning andrepparttar 120765 end of your title

Adding "" atrepparttar 120766 beginning andrepparttar 120767 end will narrow your search to exactly what's in between.

For ex. "Tracking Your Articles Properly" would give me better results than if I were to search: tracking your articles properly. Actually I do recommend you try both methods just in case.

Now once you have found a site that has listed your article, addrepparttar 120768 exact page your article is listed withinrepparttar 120769 proper folder you created within your "favorites menu".

Once you have completed this task for all of your articles, it will be very easy to keep up with your new articles. Another thing is, if you plan to reward those sites, you now have them all seperated into proper categories.

I hope this helps you out even a little like it did for me...
