So many women have closets with an overabundance of black clothes. We rend to think it hides our flaws and/or extra weight. It can, but black does more than that. It is a great networking color among others in leadership positions. Yet when we are with subordinates, head-¬to-toe black can be seen as a wall around authority figure that can stop flow of open communication. People can see you as leader (when you wear black), but may not volunteer feedback, insight or information if they do not want to challenge you as leader. "She can handle it," may be prevailing attitude as others remain in background watching you handle hard tasks. If you are a manager and your department is not forthcoming with you, you may be overwhelming them with black in your wardrobe. Medium shades of any other color will draw others to you when you want more interaction. The newest and most radical approach for this procedure is called Trans-Umbilical breast augmentation. This technique provides a virtually unnoticeable scar along with fewer complications. The incision for this procedure is made around belly button and a small fiber optic camera is inserted into body cavity. Using camera, surgeon creates a tunnel up to breast and inserts and empty implant which will later be pumped full of saline solution. The benefits of this procedure are that there is less nerve damage, less scaring and a quicker recovery time.
