Now is the Time for ChangeWritten by Michelle L. Casto
Continued from page 1 What changes your life is not learning more, though education is important. What changes your life is not making decisions, although making choices and acting on them is important. What changes your life is being in touch with your inner self and designing your life around what is important and true for you. Rollo May, famous psychotherapist once said, “The cause for insanity is doing same thing same way expecting different results.” How many times in life have you done same thing same way hoping for a different outcome? To keep from going insane, stop looking for answer on outside and start looking on inside for what is blocking your efforts. Albert Einstein once said, “Nothing happens until something moves.” In other words, change will not come until something inside you moves, like letting go of limiting beliefs, fears, resentments, and making room in your heart for more of what you want. When you turn inward and face your fears and limiting beliefs, you are more capable of facing your reality, whatever it may be. When you look at what is buried in your unconsciousness, it dissolves in light of consciousness. The Pleiadians urge us: “You shall change. You will change. You must change because this is season of change.” Now is time to re-think and reevaluate your life. Now is time to create change in world. Now is time to heal. Now is time to sing and to dance. Now is time do your inner soul work. Now is time to transform your life. (From Life Transformation 101 workbook.) Purchase 40 page workbook at www.brightlightcoach.com

| | Are We Having Fun Yet?Written by Jim M. Allen
Continued from page 1
So let me ask: Are you having fun? If not, it's time to start... Make a list of your top10 favorite fun activities. Maybe you like to read for fun, or rock-climb, or jog, or go sailing, whatever. Just make sure that activities you list are things that you really love to do for fun! Once complete, pick one of those activities to do this week and put it on your schedule. No ifs, ands, or buts! Make it an appointment.... even if you have to cancel something else. After all, that's point! Now it's just a matter of keeping your appointment with yourself to have a little fun. Don't stop there, though. Next week, go back to your list and pick another activity and schedule *that* into your calendar. And do it again next week, and next, and next. Before you know it, you'll be having fun all of time! You'll feel better at work and at home and your outlook on like will be more upbeat and positive. So get up, get going, and start having fun!
