As mentioned earlier, historically, in times of turmoil and chaos, Myths were called upon to help explain events, to provide a forum for discussion, to advance idea that we, human race, were indeed ready for advancing change. And here is “Mucker” in all of this. The fact is: “We bring change upon ourselves.” Then we scramble about to try and make sense of it. Yes, We, human Race, drive change! And long before we formally understood this process, we had Myths and Parables about it. We always had Myths announcing and/or standing, at vanguard of a New Era. They were and still are “gatekeepers” and “shepherds” for future. They told us what was coming over next horizon and what we needed to do to get through this inevitable challenge. Myths and Parables not only helped us prepare, they helped us execute changes and adjustments that are always necessary to success of such a process. So, how are we to prepare for this rapidly advancing Millennium and Changes we are bringing upon ourselves? We have to reach into our Souls now for sustenance that we need. There, hidden inside, behind all those roles, addictions and fears we show world, is Energy, Vitality, and Inspiration that is to take us through our great leap forward. There inside is “Heart” that rings “Bell” that awakens us to our true destiny. It is no accident that we are here now, at this time in our history. And it is no accident that a great variety of warning “Bells” are sounding. It’s up to each and every one of us to tie into our Individual Myths and activate them for coming Millennium. We are at that doorstep now. It falls to each of us to step on through. (In part 3 of this series we will get into how this is supposed to happen and how many of our Great writers have been warning us about how to be prepared.)

7. Recognize God in everyone. Everyone (literally, everyone!) is a reflection of God. Sometimes we have to dig a little deep to see it as our perceptions, expectations and fears cloud our vision. But when we can recognize how God is mirrored in each person, our lives are calmer and freer! 8. Create reserves where you need them. Stress is often created through lack, either right now or right around corner. Create reserves of time, space, money, love, vitality and meaningful action, starting where you feel most stressed. 9. Focus on being and not doing or having. When we are focused on who we are, what kind of person we are, we tend to be on a journey of spiritual evolution, which in itself tends to have less stress (or stress is less stressful!). When we are focused on doing or having, we are not focused on our higher selves, but only on certain dimensions of who we are (and usually on what we think that means). Be a being, not a doing! 10. Choose to be best you possible. Making a choice to be our best selves, to live life to our fullest potential, typically allows us to transcend our lives and reduces much stress because we understand that source of stress is temporary. Also, don't forget that today, you are best you've ever been! Revel in that fact.
