My NameWritten by Joyce C. Lock

Then LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and deceit of their heart. Therefore thus saith LORD concerning prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed. Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The LORD. That they may possess remnant of Edom, and of all heathen, which are called by my name, saith LORD that doeth this. And I will bring third part through fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. For from rising of sun even unto going down of same my name shall be great among Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among heathen, saith Lord of hosts. But unto you that fear my name shall Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of stall. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::»:§«»§«»§«»§«»§:«::::::::::::::::::::::::::: And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on sick, and they shall recover. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that Father may be glorified in Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. But Comforter, which is Holy Ghost, whom Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of Father in my name, he may give it you. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in midst of them. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, same shall he receive of Lord, whether he be bond or free. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
