Eat several small meals per day. This will prevent sickness that is associated with an empty stomach.
Avoid high fat and greasy foods. These foods often contribute to increased feelings of nausea and vomiting.
Sip on some carbonated water. The fizziness of water often helps relieve morning sickness. Better yet, squeeze some fresh lemon into water. This is very helpful for alleviating morning sickness.
Chew on some ginger. Ginger is a natural remedy long used to help combat nausea.
Have some crackers by bed. Many women feel nausea is worse in morning because their stomach is empty. Try chewing a few crackers and sipping some water before you get up out of bed in morning.
