The second tutorial deals with procedure on how to set up a publication for black and white commercial printing. First, go to Tools/Commercial Printing Tools/Color Printing. If you’ll have black and white printing, click Spot color(s)/Change Spot Color in “Print all colors as” box. In “Choose Spot Color” dialog box, click “Black and white only”. Then, click “OK” twice. For process-color printing, on other hand, click “Process colors (CMYK)” in “Print all colors as” box, then click “OK”. For spot-color printing, click Spot color(s)/Change Spot Color in “Print all colors as” box. In “Choose Spot Color” dialog box, click arrow next to “Spot color 1”, then pick color you want. If you want to select a color that is not currently used in publication, click “More Colors”, select color you want, and then click “OK”. To pick a “second spot color”, click check box to left of “Spot color 2”, and then click arrow to right and click “second spot color”. Then, click “OK” twice.
