Meditation Is Like A Dinner PartyWritten by Steve Gillman
Continued from page 1
That is how meditation is, too. You do what is necessary to prepare for a good experience, but in end, you can't force it. Work and discipline help, just like cleaning up and chilling wine are necessary to prepare for a good dinner party, but there is no forcing result. When experience is a good one, enjoy it, but if it doesn't happen, just prepare again. So when you want to invite inspiration into your meditation, or into your life, don't try to push guest through door. When you are tempted to do so, turn back to your preparations, and concentrate on that. Just send out invitations, prepare yourself, and relax.

Steve Gillman has meditated and studied meditation for over twenty years. You can visit his website, and subscribe to The Meditation Newsletter at: http://www.TheMeditationSite.com/newsletter.html
| | Create Your First Dream Board Written by Maria Marsala
Continued from page 1
What are some of your dreams? Remember to include all areas of your life on your board-- Career/Business, Relationships (self-others), Money, Recreation/Play, Health/Well Being, etc. Get specific.... In fact, be really specific and descriptive! Go for it!! Enjoy it!! Have fun with it!! Tack it on wall. As your dreams continue to grow or change, keep adding to it… Make it last thing you look at before you go to sleep. Design a HOMEshop. Invite your friends over and work together on your Dream Boards Spend a few moments in front of it before you start your day!… Special thanks to Edie Peirera-Hulbert for teaching me concept of Dream Boards, and to Susan Ban Breathnach and Unity 4T Prosperity Program for expanding my knowledge.
