Jesus Christ is a great example to follow. Did Jesus die for us and loves us because of who we are? No! He died for us and continues to love us in spite of who we are. Even though we may disobey him or put him second best he still loves us. Even though at times we do not live up to his expectations, he realizes each one of us has things in our lives we could be better at. He knows we may continue to sin (Romans: 3:23) but heís not going to put us up on a shelf and find another one to love. He will continue to nuture, love and lead us closer to him. He sticks with us no matter what that is true love.

Letís all love our friends and close companions not because of what they bring torepparttar table of life or what they can do for us, but love them in spite of their areas that donít line up with our expectations. Donít take a chance and lose a close friend, or even mate because they didnít fit into your expectation box. Accept them, value them, and Love them in spite of it all, you may just find a diamond inrepparttar 148411 ruff. Jesus did!

Jesus Christ co-operated with God so that his word for him and through him could be fulfilled and becomerepparttar Saviour of mankind according to divine destiny(Luke 2:11). Divine destiny isrepparttar 148369 sum total of God's purposes for mankind in Christ Jesus corporately and individually for all time and eternity. The aspect of individuality with respect to divine destiny has been highlighted in 'The bat,the cat, andrepparttar 148370 rat'. Divine destiny is revealed to us by God's indwelling Spirit throughrepparttar 148371 word of God:- 1 Cor.2:9-10(KJV) "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered intorepparttar 148372 heart of man, repparttar 148373 things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: forrepparttar 148374 Spirit searcheth all things, yea, repparttar 148375 deep things of God."

This is whyrepparttar 148376 word of God is vital torepparttar 148377 issue of divine destiny. Each person and people is likened to one ofrepparttar 148378 four types of hearers of God's word analysed in Luke 8:11-15. Each of us hasrepparttar 148379 personal responsibility to freely choose to receiverepparttar 148380 word of God! The starting point is when each person in response torepparttar 148381 word of God repents from sin,and receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. Thereafter each person also hasrepparttar 148382 duty of joyfully, patiently, and firmly keepingrepparttar 148383 word of God in spite ofrepparttar 148384 inner and outer pressures of life(Luke 8:12-14)!!

Heb.6:12(KJV) "That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inheritrepparttar 148385 promises."

We have already examinedrepparttar 148386 importance of faith with respect to destiny in 'Rhema Island'. Linked with faith is patience(Luke 8:15) becauserepparttar 148387 process of discovering, pursuing, and fulfilling divine destiny takes time and effort! As each one faithfully and patiently follows Jesus Christ by God's indwelling Spirit, divine destiny begins to unfold unto fulfillment(harvest) in God.

Psalm 1:1-3(KJV) "Blessed isrepparttar 148388 man that walketh not inrepparttar 148389 counsel ofrepparttar 148390 ungodly, nor standeth inrepparttar 148391 way of sinners, nor sitteth inrepparttar 148392 seat ofrepparttar 148393 scornful. But his delight is inrepparttar 148394 law ofrepparttar 148395 LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

And he shall be like a tree planted byrepparttar 148396 rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."
